:30 ish says give you clean surface top and bottom of your material????? blind leading the blind I guess ..... sounds good to those that have no idea what there doing, which is probably your customer base right. just a shame they have to spend thousands of dollars to find out
When i do the finishing pass it doesn't do what its suppose too. It goes where the material isnt. and it says its finished when its only just begun. Any idea what im doing wrong?

I'm in Australia, using Easel Pro. Is there a way to add my machine ? as inventables don't recognise m machine yet.. Machine is Queen Bee 2 made by CNC3D here in Oz.
I have to share this story about my X-carve. About four years ago my father was in kidney failure and hospice was called in. He had about three weeks left. During that time we got to spend time with him. He and I one day were talking about what I planed to do as I neared retirement. I told him I planed to spend my days in my workshop. He had taught me wood working and it was a hobby we shared for all my life. He said :you should get one of those carving machines." He didn't remember the name, but I said "an X-carve? I plan to get one once I retire" We played with Easel and looked at the machine on my computer. So Dad passed away maybe four or five days later. A week or two after I came home from work and my wife said "you have packages in the front of the house." I assured I had not ordered anything as I walked to the front. The second I was the boxes labeled X-Carve I broke down. What I didn't know is after my Dad and I talked he told my sister to order one for me after he was gone. One last gift from Dad. My only regret is that he and I never got to build with it together. I do, however, talk to him while in my shop to this day. I'm quite sure he's there with me -
For what you are charging for Easel Pro the software is crap. Should be able to gray out objects to set to not cut, No snapping, can't change between fonts without starting over, the "apps" should be built into the tool bars oh wait the tool bar is crap too, there should be more zero home point options .... there is so much more........ Can,t wait for lightburn to release MillMage.
Do you guys have any videos on acrylic? Very educational but I am a visual learner and would like to do carved acrylic invites for my daughters sweetb 16 and not sure how to go about the proper settings for TTC 450 CNC router and using easel as my software.
On the wavy flag, how do you carve out the stars? Will the finishing bit (1/8” ball nose) do the same job as a 60 degree V-bit? Thanks! Hopefully I can get a response.
Hi I'm using the 3018 Pro but what I'm getting is unwanted cut lines that are spoiling the projects as the cutter is moving from different areas of the engraving ant idea what I can do to prevent this

Trying to cut out a guitar neck. Bought an STL. The problem is the tabs. Does easel know that you cut the front out and adjust once you flip the piece over? I dont think it does.. Itll probably just cut the tabs off.. Would love to see a video where you cut the front and back of a 3d stl file carving.
