I actually really like to make my proats with protein powder ( obviously ones that taste good) and using blended oats or oat flour makes it taste like cake batter.
Can I ask why smoothies give me nausea and stomach ache? I have this problem a lot with a lot of salads too especially ones that don’t contain a lot of carbs 😢 Bananas are a very popular choice in smoothies and I love them but i can’t eat them at all because it makes me nauseous and gives me stomach ache for the whole day. The only way I can eat bananas is by baking it. I don’t why raw fruit and vegetables are so hard on my stomach 😔
I do it sometimes. Feels good to me. The problem here may just be, leg day😂. I am not fasting and working the most metabolic and largest muscles I have. Can't be that bad for you. I had a baby naturally at 47 yrs old 😊
This is so helpful, especially the cottage cheese hacks! I’ve been trying to find ways to get more cottage cheese into my diet, but I don’t love the base texture and flavor is meh to me, so I have to blend it into other things. Definitely will be trying out some of the ways to do so that you talked about!
I think the "tough love" approach Abbey describes regarding the show is a very American approach to a lot of things. There is a segment of our population that moralizes a lot of issues (overeating, depression, mental illness). This may be why we don't have a universal form of health care in our country. People see many health issues as just other people's "bad habits."
Thank you for being so vulnerable. I am thin 5’9 and 118 and had a serious ED that required hospitalization in university. In my late 40’s I did cool sculpting on my stomach for some stomach fat. It created uneven fat distribution,wrinkled skin and a small roll that wont go away. People are not talking enough about all these horrible results because it isn’t hyperplasia. It damages the skin too. My stomach looked way better before and I regret the expense and now the journey to fix it.
You are so beautiful! I love how you show us women that we can eat several times a day. Looks like it's about pairing certain foods and focusing on protein.
I do the 16/8 fasting ish. I'm not so strict that I turn down social events etc. I've lost 50lb ( with adding in daily walking and a light workout) I feel loads better but I would say it suits me because that's the natural way I like to eat. Food first thing makes me feel rubbish. I first eat at 12.30 for lunch then I have dinner about 7.30/ 8 pm with very occasional snacks if I get hungry but mostly I don't. I think the trick is to find what will suit you long term. I try to mostly avoid processed food but luckily i dont really like it. I don't diet because eventually you stop and then back comes the weight. Long term changes you are happy with are the key. I do however sometimes still struggle with my love of toast ❤
Ok, could you give some advice on portion control? I actually always eat fresh food and I believe my macros are good, just I never feel satisfied…. Especially breakfast is hard. I don’t think I could qualify for ozempic as I’m just 156 pounds and very sporty, but it’s a struggle. I am either hungry or gain weight.
As a dutch person, a lot of these I have never had like the eggnog but also something like applepie is more a fall food. But I still like the chirstmas vibes even tho i am watching on june 1st😅
If he's going internationally tha coconut will get tossed, or any fruit or vegetables. This is to prevent bringing invading species of pests to a country, this can be detrimental.

Thanks, just had my mac and cheese with cottage cheese mixed in. (blended smooth) Also added shredded carrots, arugula and spinach. Took that meal to the next level.

Our Food Pyramid comes from the GOV YES that's right and there for we are getting screw-ed. Just like with proccessed foods. If you look at the lady in the video she shows then NOW GO LOOK AT HER. Don't BELIEVE what your hearing. GO SEE HER BABY AND SEE the health. GO SEE if they are HEALTHY. I eat it both fruit meat and seeds nuts... I'm probably going to try adding some silken tofu to my hummus now to make it more satisfying we go though so much it will be a bonus that it will make it last better to.
I follow Autumn and like some of her advice, but I have to eat some carbs! Otherwise I would never enjoy eating! Biggest thing I have been working on is learning how to work more protein and fiber into my daily diet.
