I have 3 of those elf palettes and I had the opposites Attract in my declutter bag.I was looking for a violet eyeshadow look and going to try your look today and also a one and done with the color chill in that palette! There is an Elf 18-pan eyeshadow palette named The New Classics, and it's really excellent. I have found that the newer Elf primers don't play well with my preferred SPF, but an older formula from the Cookies and Cream series works great for me. No polka dot pores, no smears or streaks if I sweat a bit. Love your videos - you're so practical and easy to listen to!
That's interesting your experience about your skin type changing. Mine has always been oily but mainly in the t zone. Then in my 40s approaching Perimenopause my skin got extremely oily, like when I was a teenager LOL
That is so interesting to hear about your experience too! My Mom's skin got more dry after menopause. I don't think that I am at perimenopause quite yet but I have noticed that my skin especially in the summer months seems to be oily compared to the winter months. I guess we will see if I keep getting more oily as the years go by lol. My Mom went through menopause around 50.

@@JulieDawnOlsen I don't like it as much as I thought I would. The shadows are very vibrant and pigmented. They're decent quality but there's only one color I'm obsessed with and that's the silver. I prefer cool tones and neutrals though.
There's a new drugstore brand by the person who created The Balm. It's supposed to be really good. Yay ! That's me ❤ i didn't realize they'd discontinued them. BUMMER 😢
Thanks for requesting that I do a look with that elf palette! It is a bummer that they stopped making them! I do think that they sale the super colorful one called "18 hit Wonder" but all of the other ones are no longer on their website unfortunately 😢 That's exciting that there is a new Drugstore brand from The Balm creator! Do you know what the brand is called? I will have to look into it!
