Whirlpool 1. I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator with advanced technology ( triple door) through Flipkart. 2. After 1 month my product stopped working, after 3 tickets till it was not rectified ( no usage of product by me ) 3. Again I raised ticket for permanent resolution,but from company side they initiated replacement . 4. As a customer did I done anything, expect purchasing Whirlpool. 5. Not only sending defective product , can't done service permanently and then denying for delivery of my replaced product to door step delivery. Can u any one conclude that as a customer did done anything wrong.
