Hello everyone, Myself Kritika,

I’ve loved doing all of my basic day to day regimes and now I’m happily sharing with you all. My weight loss journey covers daily exercise, healthy food and recipes, healthy drinking, exercise and a lots of happiness.

It's Not A Diet, It's A Lifestyle Change But I do not follow any “diet plan.” I lead a healthy way of life. And that's the best way to lose weight, live fit, stay young, and be more efficient.

I m doing Mai 40 mints walk daily Drinking alot of water Early morning drinking lemon or chia seed glass of water No oily things No sugar from last 3 months A Little portion of rice +salan No potato But only lost 3 kgs in a month I m a lactating mom

Hello mam mujhe apna vate Kam karna Mera vate 85 kg hai aur meri shaadi ko bhi 1 year hi hua hai mujhe baby planning mein mujhe lagta hai ki mera vate problem ban raha hai but main diet control Karti hun 6 SE 7 din Ho pata hai FIR mujhe itni bhookh lagti hai ki main control nahin kar paati Hun main Aisa kya Karun abhi Maine filhal aaj se tight shuru kari hai jismein ki maine yah socha hai ki main roti koi bhi roti nahin khaungi ki Aaj Maine morning mein poha khaya hai abhi after mein upma khaya hai dinner ka kuchh pata nahin tum Mera yah theek hai ki main roti na khaun kyunki mujhe apna 85 se 50 lekar jana hai vate kyunki mere ko itni jaldi badhta hai Mera vate so aap bataen ki main theek diet plan kar rahi hun

Sabse pehle sugar nikalo apni diet se and fry food results apko khud dikhega 😂 mene sab kha k personally 12 kg loose kiya hai two months me sugar and fry food avoid karke and walk 1 hour daliy morning😊

Plz mam mera w8 87 tha me bhi heldhi khari hun or tel nahi shkar nahi chawal nahi roti nahi sirf rajma usadh mung miqs dudh bhi nahi ghawa leti hun sham me 7 baje k baad kuch nahi khati bus toh abhi 84 h wajan jaldhi kam nahi hora mujhe bahut fiqar hoti h😢
