Thanks baby, Try to suggest vegan kidney friendly recipes, that shall ba accepted by everyone and surely not harmful to kidney warriors. Appreciated your suggestions. Thanks.
Eggs whites only preferred. Then about beef and sauce I don't think it will work for kidney patients. Again the recipe is totally too much of potassium, sodium and phosphorus.... anyways we can follow leaching method for most veggies
Take supplements to slow it down: I take Like 9 supplements . Also eat honey ginger garlic and onion . These are the 9 supplements that can slow it down . Take all of them at once please! Reseveratrol , mushroom extract , grapefruit seed extract, black seed oil, magnesium, multivitamin, vitamin D, olive leaf ,quercetin and lycopene . These are all natural and studies prove that many of these slow PKD progression and cyst formation !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You’ll be ok if you do this and sleep enough exercise and hydrate and reduce stress salt sugar protein . My disease PKD is late stage so it may be too late for me but anyone who does this approach Ive come up with will live longer and healthier with PKD
I'm happy that you had a successful kidney transplant and that you are looking forward future filled with new health and family hope all because of organ donation. It would have been nice to hear that during this interview. Acknowledging that because of your organ donor you've received a second chance at life. Not all are this fortunate 💚
Don't let your 16 year Olds do this. 16 year Olds get into accidents. Organs are a money maker for the pharmaceuticals and hospitals. There are alot of dead people let them take their organs
Potassium is K+. K has a different designation for a group of 2 nutrients which are vitamin K1 and K2. Theres eating once a day, and eating the same dishes consisting of low potassium foods. The problem with these low potassium diets is theyre also high fruit sugar and this some would say is worse for kidneys, and that is true. Do not eat potatoes at all. They are high in starch and high glycemic. Instead eat Lettuce or Cabbage seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, pepper, dash of salt or butter but not both. 2000mg daily defines a low potassium diet. Customise on this or even 1500mg. Just google the potassium levels for different LOW SUGAR and LOW POTASSIUM foods. Dont assume meat is low potassium, lots of meat are extremely nutritious so they have high potassium levels.
