Compared to some body cam footage, this shit is pretty top tier if it's not overpriced. Sell em cheap, get that government contract, enjoy that American dream
So the phone is used as a body cam? Ive always wondered why, if the lenses are a glare issue, why do they make the cases so that the lenses are und covered. Idk id rather live than being able to record when i can.
@apolloxv8820 it sounds like he's talking about light discipline. The lense of the camera (and more importantly, the lense cover on the case) will provide a reflective surface that can glare if exposed by a light source. He's saying he'd rather forgoe the phone case and recording capability if it means one less reflection to give him away. I guess it just depends on your environment. In rural areas or anything at night it's prolly not a good idea to run this, but for a truck kit in the middle of the city it could be helpful.
I’ve been sitting here trying to put this thing on. Carefully following your instructions, just ain’t working boss. I don’t wanna have to work this hard. I’ll send it back.
@@mouthbreather280 Are calling it the best because its expensive or do you know it's actually the best? Because I personally have had my Modlites fail meanwhile my Olights have never failed me
@@mouthbreather280there are much brighter flashlights available. Check out the acebeam l35. I have the plhv2 and the acebeam is way brighter. The modlite is lightweight and supposedly very durable though.
@@mouthbreather280 the button clicking sounds like my $40 Streamlight and I’m guessing it feels like it too, I’d expect better build quality from my flashlight for that price.
@@itsme_luis3306 it doesn’t. You’re hearing the spring inside. Feeling wise and tactility it’s miles ahead of other competitors. And I’m not a Modlite shill, I hate a lot of their cultural issues and drama as a company. But Modlite has the best switches and buttons that I’ve ever used. Better than Streamlight or Cloud Defensive and others. Nothing against those other lights, they’re durable, reliable, and put out great usable light. But switches are stiff and mushy. Not the Modlite’s.
Ngl im pretty sure a ziplock could achieve the same thing just way cheaper and if you’re worried about them touching just wrap the batteries w a napkin or something 🤣🤣🤣
