I can fit mines with a zippo insert that has a rubber gasket on the bottom in place of the standard cotton gasket. No issues here so far

Oh and the rubber gasket is an aftermarket item of another company that also helps store a spare flint

@@FDE_Doom_Girl - the rubber gasket breaks down after a while, and does nothing to stop fluid from evaporating. I gave up on the regular insert, and switched to the butane insert. More reliable and doesn't become worthless after a week. So there's no need for a pyro vault anymore. I'm not a smoker, this is used for reliable EDC, and to store in go bags.

@@mursebobby408 if you're using a traditional zippo insert, the fluid might last 3 weeks before evaporating.

The first versions already say in the box it reduces evaporation meaning it won't stop evaporation, it will just take longer till all evaporation is gone but imo still better than regular Zippos in terms of evaporation.
