I have the same so black Chanel bag and it’s my most used bag as it fits basically every outfit and looks so chic and special. Also bought it last year and I just want to say -Don’t be scared to use it! Mine has survived all kind of weather, even rainstorms. I’ve just wiped it off with baby wipes after getting home. Even if it is lamb skin, this specific one with the pearlescent finish is quite durable. Enjoy 💕

I have 3 capucines and the handle never flattens if it came curved to begin with. The ones you see on the pre-loved market with the straighter handles were most likely purchased and manufactured that way. Sometimes you see this in store with the handle variations. The only issue I found with the handles are that some were wobbly compared to others that were fixed on tightly and didn’t wobble when the bag was moved back and forth

🎉 Happy Birthday! Love the LV charm chain strap. Are you worried about the white top handle getting dirty? I feel like a tuilly would ruin the look of the bag. That Chanel Kelly bag has been really growing on me too. Think I will take one if my SA can get me one in black
Thanks! ❤️ I do have concerns about the white handle getting dirty but like you said, I don’t think covering it with a twilly is going to look right. I think it’ll be too busy along with the flower chain. I do intend on carrying it on my shoulder with the chain sometimes so hopefully the addition of the chain will extend the length of time that the handle stays clean since I won’t have to use it handheld all the time.

When not in use you could try hanging the bag on one of those free standing purse hangers that are rounded on top. the round shape it will be hanging off and the weight of the bag should keep the handles shape

Thanks! 🩷 I’ll have to get back to you on the exact length but it’s definitely quite long and longer than my liking. If you’re familiar with the strap length on the mini rectangular, as a comparison the strap on the kelly is longer than that.
