Oh thank god, I found this video! This set is the only one that works for me, especially the exercise to crack the upper back. I use it for like 3 years.
I have an easier way to crack them. You wanna put the area between the index finger and thumb of your both hands together, one thumb is going to be under use that thumb to push the other up and it should crack.
If thus doesn't work you and also press down on the palm side of your first thumb knuckle although the first time it hurts side note: you cam easily do it to others it doesn't take a ton of fore but if they haven't cracked their thumb joint it hurts a bit more having someone else doing it I found this out because someone did it to my left hand
This is the 1st vid I’ve come across that seems remotely close to the sounds my hips make when I get them to pop - very deep, hollow(?), and almost violent. I’ve been searching for so long and only ever see snapping hip syndrome. Sometimes the pop is so strong it seems my pelvis moves with it. What I’ve found most helpful is laying flat on the ground, slightly butterfly my legs, get my body as relaxed as possible, and apply slight pressure to the effected side. Also I can stand up straight yet relaxed and butterfly one leg outward. I hope anyone else who experiences this finds a way because it provides me almost immediate relief and enhances my range of motion. Although I’m still clueless why this happens to me and not anyone else I know (it started when I was 25).
@@Polysorbate80-o4pthanks for your feedback. i’ve actually been considering getting tested for EDS. i was born with a heart murmur and never knew EDS could contribute!
@@xoapplesandbananasxo Came back here to say, if the pop is violent- your hip joint may be sublexing. There’s no pain necessarily, but if it’s different from a regular joint “popping” and feels like a shift in your bones and thud, then when you pop it back in there’s relief- that might be what’s happening 😔 would look into stabilizing that area (movement reborn RU-vid channel has some PT)
I’m curious if anyone knows - is this considered cracking VS popping your hip back into place? I see a few comments about people putting it back in place which seems concerning
I have watched so many videos, this is the first that has genuinely helped. Feel so much better already. Thank you so much. Doing god's work out here.😂
I don’t recommend anyone who is double jointed in the carpal metacarpal joint at the ball of their thumb do this. I tried it and and every time my thumb goes into its hyper mobile range it hurts
For me it feels like the joint is out of socket almost. It's not the worst pain but it is restricting. Before I try this I wanna make sure it's safe if anyone can verify their pain is high but bearable for the most part. Can't grip certain things in certain ways
