Oh I am so happy that the red light and your products are working out for you. I can see the difference and I can see your edges at a distance! Yay! Can't wait to see what it will look like! I need to see if I've seen all of your hair loss Story videos and then get caught up on videos, look at what time it is where I am , 1:45 AM. Good morning!😊
@@FreeRangeDiva that night I may have gotten only 6 hours of sleep, and the squirrels are back in the attic and I'm under warranty for a year but they're not responding to my calls. Wildlife just seems to want to live where I live where I live but they don't pay rent for for damages.
I'm sure one of your senior viewers! Congratulations on all of the new hair growth. Red light therapy is so beneficial for many, many issues! Your intro was beautiful, Cheryl! Spider webs are amazing. You captured them perfectly, Blessings, and love, my friend...MaryEllen
I'm one of your senior viewers, too! I think I found you right after I found the Honey Badger video, lol! So glad you enjoyed watching and I hope you're having a lovely weekend! Love to you and Jim... xo Cheryl
This is so exciting! Your hair is looking gorgeous! I enjoyed my tea and my hip is getting better every day. Wishing you a beautiful weekend Cheryl! 😘🤗 - Shaun
I've been waiting for this review. You are getting great results already. Looking forward to your followup review in a few more weeks. My hair is starting to thin just slightly at the part, but I'd like to be pro-active and head off more thinning if possible. This device seems to be just as effective as the more expensive one/s at nearly a quarter of the price. My husband and I could both benefit from this, so thanks for the review. Laurie
Hi Laurie! Oh I'm so glad the info here was helpful. I will definitely keep you posted because I'm excited to see how my hair and scalp continue to respond going forward. Take care... xo Cheryl
I always look forward to Saturdays w/ you. 🥰 Oh my gosh, Cheryl! What you've been doing is working! You have growth. How exciting!! I planted 10 yellow tulips in a black GrowBag. I think the color contrast will be so pretty! Yellow tulips were my favorite Grandma's favorite flower. She'd call me when hers started blooming so I would know to go visit & admire them w/ her. Miss those sweet moments .
Hi Pat! Thanks so much, girlfriend. I was really excited to show off my scalp, lol! So do you plant tulips now so they will come up in the spring? Or will they come up immediately for fall? Yellow tulips are so pretty!!
Happy Saturday to you, too! I'm so happy with the new growth and I am now excited to see what will happen in a couple of months. Fingers crossed my bald spots will continue to fill in.
💗💗The beginning of this video was beautifully done. I also love the fog. 💕 Thanks for sharing about red light therapy. Hope you have a great weekend. God bless!
I had a nice young dumb cane I bought from Walmart and it was infested with Fungus Gnats, spread to some of my other plants as well killing them as well. Thank goodness not my Ivy's. DO NOT BUY PLANTS FROM WALMART.
OIL DOES NOT GO ON THE SCALP UNLESS U ARE TREATING A DISORDER AND IF SO NEEDS TO BE WASHED OUT SAME DAY. WASH HAIR AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK FOR CURLY TEXTURES. If you are using butters, creams, oils, or greases on scalp, you are blocking the follicles. If you are not washing w/ shampoo and conditioner REGULARLY you are clogging the follicle. Add these practices to ur daily massages and you will see immense improvement.🤍✨
Thank you Cheryl! So helpful! Have already started on the decaff coffee and it actually tastes better! I am also reducing that sugar intake as it's in absolutely everything and you don't realise! I will become more selective as to what I eat for that sugar rush now. Keep up the excellent work! Love your videos!! 😍🎉😊
I enjoyed your favorites so much, Cheryl. The customer service at Integrity Botanicals is very impressive!! Isn't it wonderful when we find something that is just perfect - so too harsh, and not to soft!! Hooray for the new hair, that is exciting!! Blessings, and love...MaryEllen
Hello my beautiful MaryEllen! I'm so glad you enjoyed watching and that Goshi sponge has completely softened my elbows - which is almost a miracle 😃. I hope you're having a lovely weekend. Sending love and big hug... xo Cheryl
🙋♀️ It's so encouraging to hear how nice a company is, how they take good care of their customers. And the freebue they sent you...c'mon!! Wow!! The loungewear shirt....oooooh, pretty. Looks like a dream to wear. 👋
Yes I was so excited to find a company that really cares about their customers! Thanks for stopping by Pat and have a beautiful and blessed week... Hugs, Cheryl
Thank you Cheryl for thinking of us in NC and southeast. Born and raised in Asheville. Live a little over an hour away now, but always there. Complete healing and restoration will take time. Sending prayers to all! Love products. What type of detergent do you use for sensitive skin?
Hi there! I visited Asheville many years ago for a general theater audtion and fell in love w/ your charming town. It's hard to comprehend the devastation. I use the ECOS Hypoallergenic laundry detergent in the fragrance free scent. I've used it for years and it cleans while being gentle on your clothes.
I love to hear someone able to praise a company for having good business practices. It's so rare these days. I swear in the last few years I have been astonished how little anyone seems to care anymore.
I've noticed that w/ some of the big retailers (like Macys, which likely explains why they're closing so many stores) customer service has gone downhill. But it's good to find a small business that is committed to satisfying their customers.
Hey pretty lady! I hate to bring bad news, but I was looking at the ingredient list of Santal on Ulta's website, and it says it has coloring. I don't know how, since it looks clear to me, but it says it has yellow and blue. :-(
Greetings Cheryl! You get me all excited about skincare again. I get frustrated when I try to find really good, natural products. Thank you for the website information. Love and blessings ♥️🙏
Hi Jean! Oh I'm glad you enjoyed watching and that you got some good ideas for natural products that work. Take care and have a lovely week, my friend. xo Cheryl
Integrity Botanicals is one of my favorite places to shop. I especially like their three free samples with each order. Looking forward to seeing what their holiday gift bag with purchase will be this year! I thought about you when I saw Rahua had released a new hair mousse. I used to use and love Rahua's hair mask. I don't think their hydrating shampoo and conditioner are mousturizing enough for my hair and the leave-in treatments were just so-so for me. I did really love the hair oil, except the scent was too sweet for me, but I plan to buy it again anyway. There are also a couple of other Rahua products I still want to try.
Hi! I'm looking forward to seeing the IB gift bag, too! Thanks for sharing your experience w/ Rahua. It's hard for me to imagine anyone w/ hair dryer than mine, lol. I'm loving the Moisture Mask from Innersense, so I've been combining it w/ the Hydration conditioner for a deep conditioning. I left them on for about 30 minutes and was really happy w/ the result!
Isn’t it refreshing when a retailer has such excellent customer service! I just ordered the Goshi sponge, will replace my old school shower poof 😂. I love your shirt! Hope you are having a wonderful weekend Cheryl! 😘🤗 - Shaun
Cheryl I am now in NC after over 40 years of living in south fl. I am so lucky where I am that we weren't affected by the storm. This is by far the worst some ever and I was in Fl for many storms. My heart breaks for all those affected.
@@FreeRangeDiva thank you so much, Cheryl. Oh it’s going to take years. This is a mess. And now storm is coming to Florida. And it may hit the same area that was already hit in Florida. It’s very scary.
@@FreeRangeDiva I can’t even imagine for these poor people. I mean, I have a friend who is in the Tampa Bay area and she and her husband didn’t leave their apartment because they have an older cat and the shelter wouldn’t take the cat so of course I understand I’d never leave my pet. They were lucky because they’re on the second floor in your building. The first floor of their building note was completely wiped out and they didn’t leave. They lost their car too. I think they need to get out of there now. I don’t know where they can go, but they’ve gotta get out of there before this storm hits.
@@catmama54 Absolutely! These storms are not the "usual" hurricanes of the past. They're predicting storm surge for this one that's even higher than Helene.
Hey Cheryl, thank you so much for keeping us in your prayers. I can't stay to watch right now cuz I'm still having a heated discussion with hurricane Helene. At least I finally got my power back but I'll have to fill you in later. Hope you and Mom are well
Hi Cheryl, I love Integrity Botanicals too! They have excellent customer service! I’m so glad you had a great shopping experience with them. I enjoyed seeing your favorites. Take care. 💕
Morning Cheryl wonderful video 😊. Glad your Ilia was still a good match . I haven’t shopped at Integrity botanical in years. Will have to revisit 😊have a great day and blessed weekend my beautiful friends ❤
Thank you MaryAnn! Yes, I'm also glad the Ilia worked. I think it might even be a little more moisturizing. Like you, I never think about ordering at IB, but once I discovered they carried Rahua, it was game on, lol! Enjoy your weekend, my friend... xo Cheryl
Collagen is a combination of amino acids - whey protein contains all amino acids plus brain boosting. Sardines [recommended by Dr. Bozworth] and egg whites and other protein foods contain collagen and all aminos. Exercise with dumbbells [Reduced HIT is best daily] flushes blood thru the skin and body. Many men report on youtube that they eat 15-20 eggs per day.
I make wonderful bone broth. It is like rich gelatin. I keep a container in my freezer to put all vegetable trimmings as well as a container to save bones. When I make the bone broth I add two or three chicken feet which adds to creating the jello effect. I use for soups, sautes instead of fat, pick-me-ups drinks. I cook in large crock pot about 24 hours. I am on intermittent diet and is great for an energy boast without breaking fast.
Thanks for sharing! I like the idea of throwing veggie scraps in the freezer to use in the bath. I also intermittent fast and I agree, it's great to drink during the fast for extra energy.
I don’t know how I missed this video. I didn’t have a notification. My G.I. doctor has me on no gluten and no sugar. It’s very hard to find foods that don’t contain sugar in them in the ingredients. It’s amazing.
Looking fab, Cheryl! Your hard work on your hair has really paid off! I am currently on iHerb and Amazon to order those items. There were some others in your last few videos I have to go back on to order as well. Thanks for sharing! Look forward to your next!
Thank you! I'm so happy with the quality of my hair right now. Even though it has thinned out, the hair that remains is soft and healthy. Take care and have an awesome week... xo Cheryl
Yes, I have a review video coming up of the Scienlodic hair cap. I've been using it daily for almost 3 months and using microneedling on my edges. I have a lot to say about both, but you can check my earlier video on the Scienlodic red light therapy cap if you'd like to know more about it. Thanks!
Hi there! I've been using it almost every day since I got it and yes, I'm seeing new growth. I will be checking in with results in a couple of weeks. Stay tuned....
Hello Cheryl.. thank you for a lovely video and for the information on artificial sweetener..lately I started taking them.. but I will stop now .. I love your channel.. take care and God's blessings always 🙏🏻 ❤️
The first thing I thought when I clicked on your video is how pretty your hair looks!! I cannot remember the last time I added sugar to anything. Jim uses it daily in his coffee, and learned very quickly to let me know when the bag is getting low. You are so inspiring, Cheryl. I still have one cup of delicious coffee every morning. Hopefully it won't start bothering me, but if it does, i'll give it up. Love, and blessings, my beautiful friend...MaryEllen
Hi MaryEllen! Letting go of sugar was much easier than I thought it would be. But I would rarely eat sugary things like glazed donuts and I couldn't stand pecan pie (to the dismay of my aunts when I was a child). I'm so glad you enjoyed watching and I'm wishing you and Jim a wonderful weekend... Love and a big hug, xo Cheryl
Hi Cheryl. I enjoy your videos very much. Do you have a video on your corn sensitivity/allergy? I believe I too have a corn sensitivity but I don’t know enough about it. How did you figure it out? Thanks and have a great weekend!
Yes I do! It's from 2 years ago when I accidentally got exposed. If I link it here, the comment will be held, so if go to my channel page and search for the title "Corn Allergies: Living with Food Allergies, Intolerances and Sensitivities." Actually, just search for "corn allergy" and that should get it for you. It also has links to several resources like derivatives lists and corn allergy blogs. I discovered it by going on an elimination diet. It's not foolproof though because corn is hidden. For example, if you buy a tomato at the grocery story, it will be coated in a wax made from corn. When you react, you'll think you're reacting to the tomato but actually it's the wax. So, I only buy veggies from farmers markets, picked fresh and washed only w/ water (not citric acid, another derivative). I'm sure you have a ton of questions, but start w/ that video and then let me know.
