We have had a few light ones over the past couple of years in South Carolina in Kershaw county. Oddly enough I feel or sense something is going on when others don't in my area and then we hear about it on the news. Strange vibe. Thought about you when I heard about the earthquake
Morning Cheryl I thought of you when I heard about the earthquake my friend. Wonderful video have a fabulous day and blessed weekend my beautiful friend ❤😊
It is very reassuring to me that you say some of the same things about superfoods and the bone broth. I've been telling my daughter about this for a very, very long time. And she's saw your video and sent it to me. And now she actually believes me now that she heard you say it..😊
I thought of you immediately when I heard there was an earthquake in your area. Happy you are OK. I've frozen left over veggies for my beef vegetable soup, for many years. But I haven't ever thought about freezing bones, and making my own bone broth. I always learn something new from you, my beautiful friend. Blessings, and love, Cheryl...MaryEllen
Oooh, beef vegetable soup sounds delicious! Please share your recipe, especially since it uses leftovers!! Have a fabulous week, my dear... love and blessings right back to you! xo Cheryl
Thanks, Tamara I'm glad you enjoyed it. I think I linked the recipe in the description. If I didn't, I'll add it right now and I'll share the written recipe in next week's video. Have a beautiful and blessed week, my friend... xo Cheryl
Thank you for being such a light. Your advice and recommendations are always very appreciated - I will make some bone broth in my Instant Pot right now!
Yay, I already have berries and romaine lettuce almost daily. I didn’t realize how simple it is to make bone broth so now I’m determined to try it ❤️. Happy weekend Cheryl! 😘🤗 - Shaun
There was a small earthquake in Columbus, OH sometime in mid-80's. That's the only one I've ever experienced. I got a giggle out of Lucy Jones' " there's no such thing as earthquake weather!" Um, Ok...but.... I would have AC if I lived where you do. When the temp goes above 73, I'm too hot. Mid-80's for me is, whew! , burning up! 🥵 Love bone broth! So comforting. Love berries. Have never tried one I didn't like.
Wow, we never hear about earthquakes in Ohio - I didn't even know there was a fault there. There are faults all over the place here. We live on one that hasn't been active in a while (maybe 10 years). Our usual weather 9 months out of the year is highs in the upper 60's to low 70's. In Aug/Sept the temps climb into upper 70's low 80's and add to that, we have a nice shade tree right outside my bedroom window, so the house stays cool most of the year. Last year, the summer was so temperate, I never brought the fans out of storage!
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and when the weather is extremely hot and strange an earthquake is coming. The news person just doesn't want people to panic. I've been in many of earthquakes in Los Angeles. Now, I live in Texas and have to worry about the hurricanes.😅
Cheryl, I am back. I'm embarrassed to say I fell asleep right at the greens in a bag!😂😂 and I'm planning on buying those soon. Yes I had a rough tiring day yesterday plus I went to bed early this morning and was attempting to watch your video earlier than usual. Anyway, let me pick up where I left off. At least I remember where I left off😂
Yes, getting enough sleep (especially quality sleep) is important. I will do an update in a couple of weeks. Until then, check out the video I did in October called "Why Sleep is Important for Mental Health" for some recommendations. xo Cheryl
Earthquakes are scary. Living in Fl all the years I did we had hurricanes and some were really bad but you had warning unlike earthquakes.I miss eating chia seeds but with all my diverticulosis pockets I'm not allowed any seeds anymore Not even berries cause of seeds and I hate it
I agree about hurricanes (been in a few) but tornadoes scare me a lot more than earthquakes. I guess I'm just used to them. In case you want to try it, there are no seeds in the acai so maybe you can tolerate it. Happy weekend, my friend... xo Cheryl
So glad I found your channel I went to the doctor last week she said my cholesterol was high blood pressure I have lot’s of arthritis just had hip replacement needs the knee also done what can you use for inflammation in the body just turned 66.
Hi there! I'm so sorry you've been struggling w/ health issues. Have you tried turmeric? I've used it for brain health, but there's a lot of research that it helps relieve arthritis pain. Be sure to do your own research and check w/ your doctor to make sure it's safe for you since you have high BP, and that it's safe to use w/ any meds you're taking. Good luck w/ the knee surgery. I've had friends who have had the surgery and it really improved their ability to get around w/o pain.
Hello Dear, here watching and supporting, thanks for posting this content, here to encourage you to keep going, keep pushing forward, thumbs up and blessing to you
How long will a jar (similar size to what you showed) last in the fridge? Do you just add a TBSP to some warm water and drink it every day?? I have made beef bone broth but just to the soup consistency and then I used that as my base for soup but I like the idea of making this gelatinous bone broth and having some each day. Thank you again for your content and the work it takes
Hi there! I usually finish a jar in 5 or 6 days at the longest. I wouldn't leave it in the fridge for longer than a week. Yes, I will scoop out a couple of spoonfuls into a cup, add an equal amount of water (it's very concentrated) add a pinch of salt and warm it in the microwave. It's great as a snack between meals or after a meal - I really like it after dinner. I also use it as a soup base.
yeah, they can be. I shop sales, farmers markets and big box stores w/ coupons. It's an investment in your health, so thank you for making the effort to get more fruits and vegetables into your diet.
Oh my goodness, it's delicious (at least the way I make it). It taste like the broth from a rich, flavorful chicken soup - like my grandmother's generation would make. And the fragrance as it slowly simmers, smells like all things wonderful from my childhood, lol!!
@@Createshareandgive thank you, I haven't seen it Frozen at the grocery store but I didn't know it came powdered I will have to check that out next. Hope you're having a great day.
