This is dumb. You just need to polish the plastic. Any automotive compound and sponge/microfiber towel will do the trick. You don't need soap, toothpaste or lemon.

Ya cuando se han eliminado por completo los residuos de combustible se limpia con alcohol isopropilico y volverás a usar otro producto de limpieza ogar pasta jabón para vitrocerámicas estás pastas incluyen pulimento de oxido de Cerio y a parte de pulido le crea una capa de oxido de cerámica que es repelente a las grasas y el agua este truco prolonga la limpieza asta más que el propio fabricante
This is so fake... The baking soda would work to clear the oxidized layer of plastic... But you would need to polish the headlight to restore clarity....

The yellowing on the headlight lens is a lacquer clear coat. It’s a very old clear and it’s very cheap with no pot life so that’s why the car manufacturers use it. Just sand them down with 800 grit or finer and clear with urethane clear and they will outlast the car. And yes you can buy in aerosol can
