Absolutely true, like 💯 true. I love my motorcycles had a 1974 Honda cb550, 1982 Yamaha xj650, 250 dirt bikes but the thing is when you live in a city, you can’t bring a bike up the stairs, you can park you bike in slide your house with no garages, you have to worry about oil and maintenance. These scooters and PEV allow you to just hop in and ride, still allowing you to navigate quickly around your town. So yeah I could definitely buy a real motorcycle but then I would have to worry about a lot more. So there is that, but you’re right these prices are up there for some of the scooters.
First off thanks for subscribing you rock! The link in the description will tell you if shipping to Canada is possible! Make sure to use the code to save $50 off as well!!
the dual motor on the G2 will def help for any hill you have to take on, but personally the g4 has a good top speed. large battery, and large tires . the suspension will be totally fine for you for more at 100KG i was bottoming it out at the stock settings. if your off roading, the dual motots would be much better in my opinion. that was where the G4 lacked a little for more. single motor in grass was on race mode still struggling to push me
Hey, Doug Heffernan’s son… The way you are holding yourself on the board in the first few frames of the video shows that you are not able to push the board anywere near its limits. I should really start my own youtube channel, to show whats possible with these boards on and offroad.
Hahahahahaha. Are you okay? Who hurt you? You should start a youtube channel, everyone should. Just to showcase their skills on anything they are good at but hey thanks for the comment and constructive criticism özcan Ates. Appreciate it, looking forward to your first video! Let’s see you rip it!
Hi. I have couple questions. Is it 3500w total or 3500w per wheel for 7000w? I love in san Diego and I called them and asked where the boards ship out from. She says los angeles which is close. Did you feel ok using your credit card for a company that only been in business a short time?
Hello! 3500 per motor but that’s peak power. It’s a very fast and fun board! I definitely trust them! Credit cards always protect you as well but you have nothing to worry about! It’s a lot of fun for this board! Make sure to use the code to save even more money as well!
Hey just found your channel, love the way you presented the content, the editing, and the music choice! Im subbing to you cause this is some GRADE A content!
Thank you so so so much! You have no idea how much I truly appreciate that, I put a lot of hard work and effort into each of my videos. Please check out some others as well and let me know what you think!
It’s surprisingly sturdy, when hitting bumps or faster acceleration. I wasn’t ever concerned about it. The locking mechanism is sturdy I do also wish I was solid because trying to pick it up by the stem hurts your hands
@@DrewElia Drew I live in Sweden, I just recently got my Onsra BC 3 Pro and also Exway Flex Pro, and just ordered 2 more skates! hahah, if someone told me I would be doing this just few weeks ago I would have told them tehy are completly nuts! I just hope cops where I live won't care if they see me, it seems that most people I have talked to online and in person (a friend who got me into this) and they have said that noone has bothered them! :D I hope to be able to do this sport for many years without any issues. I drive respectfully and have got my self knee and elbow protection and even few helmets and some cool gloves. Anyways 2 new boards I ordered are Backfire G5s and WowGo AT2 Plus and I cant wait to get them. I'm currently really enjoying Onsra Black Carve 3 Pro :) and I am also waiting for Cloudwheels Rovers 110mm to put on my Exway Flex Pro to get smoother rides! :)

Both have the same battery, but becuase the GT can run urethane wheels it will get better mileage. Carve ride though the Ruckus also has amazing low end snappy
Drew would you prefer the NYX Z3 or the Lorentz Major 2. Which one and why? I’m asking because you reviewed both and have first hand knowledge. You didn’t answer my previous post.
Seem super innovative but it looks fragile. I would like to see a steel plate option where they currently have a carbon plate. I could be wrong but it seems to be in plave that could take some abuse. Looks amazing though.
I understand what you mean, but if you’re hitting a curb or something head on the tires stick out further than the carbon fiber fairs so you they would hit it first
*Scoot scoot!* 🤙🏽⚡️🤟🏽⚡️🤙🏽 Lower barrier to entry than eBoards since some people are scared of / dont want to try eBoarding. Ideal grabbin one of these for your girl to join group rides 😂 This tbing is pretty powerful for the price 👌🏽 I wanna see eBikes on the channel too!! 🤙🏽
I agree with its much easier entry to PEV than eskate. Totally did this for the wife 🤣 but it was actually a lot of fun ripping around on this, the fear is minimal at those speeds. Really is powerful for $900!! I’d love to do an EBike review!
Drew, if you could remember what is this specific model? at 6:00, it seems to be the same model at 4:49? If you can remember can you drop the name for me? A friend is looking for an entry board and this may just be something for him :)
I don't think falling and busting your ass is for everyone. I have a gotrax Apex pro, NUI Kqi3 max, and Segway ninebot and have wiped out on all 3. Im 40 and let me tell you it hurts so bad I can't imagine being 60 and crashing....lol
@@RyanAdams-fc6zw LOL . I'm 60 and had a knee replacement last January. I ride an acedeck x1 every chance I get . Not doing what you love is the way to a quick death . But I do agree it's not for everyone.
What a bad fall, I to am a big fan of armored protection and are diligent in wearing it even when others make jokes about it. Heal quickly the bruises seem bad.
Belt drive definitely has its place in the world, but so does gear drive, companies are really spending some time with RnD to create some great gear drives. So I wouldn’t completely rule it out. Like off roading, I’d rather deal with gear drive, belts could easily snap on roofs or branch’s but for a 2-1 board belts all day, swap out the gearing by changing the pulley
Like... I know I am going to get push back for this but it's really been bugging me. I am aware the **specs** are better (and you'd expect them to be, this thing is years newer) and it's got like...red bushings instead of white .... but flip this thing over, look at the bottom (around 6:36) and tell me with a straight face they didn't, at the very least, borrow heavily from the Hadean's design aesthetic. Eskate is very much where Android was in about 2012. A whole bunch of companies churning out clones of the "consumer standard" and defining innovation as having bigger specs. Android did this for years with phones that looked as close to the iPhone of the day as possible, but with higher resolution or some other feature that boiled down to "the same but with a bigger number". I think eskate is in this phase, now. We do see some companies pushing out new ideas and new designs, but an awful lot of boards look *remarkably* similar. It's not even a case of there only being so many ways to design a board. Atlas, Propel, MBoards, even Meepo (when they're not ripping off Boosted), seem perfectly capable of coming up with their own aesthetic. When the only differentiation companies can come up with is who has the longer range or the higher top speed - and most of that is defined by improving battery capacity (which is driven by other industries and has nothing to do with eskate at all - eskate just gets the benefits of these improvements), then I think design aesthetic should matter - and blatant copying should be called out: it's one of the only areas they can actually be unique and stand on their own and a whole lot of them are choosing not to do it.
I still have the board and it works as intended! The companies offer warranties on their products for anything that goes wrong. But most of the time you’re fine, the wheels would wear down first
Nice review! For your drone shots, you keep the remote in your bag (thinking about doing this sometimes)? Usualy we see people with the remote in their hand
Thanks for checking out the review, and no, I don’t have any remote or anything, I did a review on this drone on my channel, check it out, it’s called the hover air x1. The reason I wouldn’t put my mavic controllers in my bag is if it get a knocked around in the control sticks and causes it to crash. This drone flys autonomously and tracks you visually. Check out the video in my channel. I go into my much depth
Yes, trust me, I be had a lot of DJI drones and this x1 is just the one I grab for my quick shots by myself. It gets the job done really well. And folds up to fit in my pocket!
Hi I just subscribed, since YT has been recommending you on frontpage for a while now for me :) Can you link me to some of your excellent helmets that you are using? OR just drop some names here I can research my self? Thank you in advance! :) I like this board!
Thank you so much for subscribing! Glad that you came over and said hi! My half shell helmet is linked in the description below the video, it’s from Basecamp. My full face helmet in predator helmets!
@@DrewElia glad to subscribe 🥰 I must have been blind as I did look in description section of the video but I somehow didn't see it 😁 guess I must have been too tired last night 😊
