The after sales is bad.. when they take over.. the dont have stock to replace my stearing rack and required 3 month. The current svc ctr is not at par. Car quality is bad after 1 year git problem. But the product if you want to have extra experience 😂.
Had both these cars and loved them both! Each one has it's own character and quirks, but both are great to drive with wonderful 6cyl and slick manual box. I have to give the overall win to the E39 for how much better packaged the interior is, and how much more comfort and spec you get for your money. It really was the perfect all rounder. Just the right amount of tech, luxury and performance, but nothing excessive or unnecessary. A very classy and high quality car. I do still love the looks of the E34 though, especially as a wagon, with the facelift wide grille... Very good looking family car!
Wow that owner REALLY loves his car, he has spent a lot doing up that 530i !!! I'm not keen on some of the mods, but that re-upholstering job was very nice indeed. Looked better than OEM in fact! The E60 is probably the freshest looking 20 year old car you can buy! E39 looks like an elegant classic vehicle now but the E60 almost looks like a model still made today.... Nicer than most of the current BMW lineup in fact. And the N52 is still one of the best mainstream motors ever produced.
Hi I have a 118i bmw lci. It has some aircond problems. Periodly during long journeys it doesn’t blow strong enough and cold enough as usual. When I go to my usual mechanic everything seems to be normal. Nowadays there’s a strong chemical smell from the aircond . Can u recommend a place I can get it fixed
I currently own a 2012 C300 W204 for about 2 months now and I've put 10.000km on it already. Prevention maintenance after buying is quite costly but it has been a dream to drive, fuel saving although it's a 3.0 liter, and is pretty much bulletproof engine-wise.
wanted to get a manual, but since it was for daily use i went for premium S. A little regret but nevertheless what an amazing 1.3L. proton is always a proton, those DNA of best ride and handling, the stability, and hitting that campro engine with 2000rpm and above, i dont get fed up everytime i drive, what a joy of cruising alone..its just indescribable. always feel proud to be a proton fanboy. it maybe slow when below 2000rpm but going beyond that is where u get the real experiance. and for this range and price point, its the best. cheapest comes with best driving experiance.
EV cars for fun drives around the neighborhood, okay lah. But I would stick with a good ole ICE car for my primary drive, especially for long haul outstation drives.
May be a fun car for you but not me. I class it as a basic run about with a little perky engine cheap affointments, basic ride quality and really nothing i would brag about. It is too expensive for the cheap feel and cheapish quality one gets. This is my experience after test driving one.
Hi Kon, Good evening. I’m in the midst of buying a Toyota Harrier Yr2020 [Gen.4] reconditioned unit carrying a mileage of 18k as my retirement car. What’s your group’s view/opinion/advice? Rgds, Devan
ev perfect for city/town short drives..no matter what engine how small how manufacturer claim their efficiency is no way get good mileage driving in start stop traffic ev like dolphin or smaller seagull have a point
Totally agree with your comments on EV cars! I totally fell in love with it after a test drive with the Dolphine. What a big difference in driving experience! Furthermore, the maintenance of an ICE car made me less favorable in buying an ICE car in future!
Congratulations kon for the first time after so long u interact in group but have to stand your own ideas and thoughts don’t always agree with bobby or other keep it up bruh happy to see you 🎉
Hi Kon, been catching up on your videos. Btw im deciding between this C180 and the same gen (facelift) E250....putting price aside, which should I get? It will be a daily driver with reliability and maintenance cost in mind for another 5-10 years or so of use.
@@KonWaiLuen How about the lack of B pillar n E, in terms of road noise...and durability/security.....also I noticed the rear of the E is long, will it hit the ramp up and down multi story carpark? Thanks for your quick reply!
Just sold my old 2009 Myvi for a 525i e39. My wife was furious, cause she was expecting me to get a new City or Vios. Cant help it, its my dream car hahaha
