You should definitely have an airflow mattress so you don't need to be repositioned every 2 hours through the night. You'd be able to sleep through and not worry about pressure sores and your family can sleep through too . God bless you. All the best for recovery and your life 🙏

I am in a situation where I am stuck inside. I have Duchenne muscular dystrophy. the most common for males. my dad had broken his neck before and he wasn’t paralyzed thank god. I would laugh at why he was wearing a beanie/toque in summer. he was freezing near his neck and I was so confused, now as my condition has progressed more, my legs have curled up more and my hands have done the same so now when I get cold, I’m freezing after like 10-20 minutes. so I now understand the temperature thing completely
Please watch a RU-vid video on how to put the compression socks on and it will save you a nightmare of time like they will go from being a 10 to a two with being a pain in the butt to put on they make you learn how to do nursing school there’s actually a technique
I have 2 friends that are quadriplegics going into 15 years and 16 years later after there accidents. I hope this young girl keeps positive and understands what's she's in for. One day God will a clever person will be able to fix a spinal injury that's all I wish for. Over and out. 😔
You have young beautiful skin, why why are you putting all that face junk on? It causes large pores later in life, your gorgeous skin is soaking those chemicals up and dispersing throughout your body. Not needed!!!❤

London would be lucky to have you, when you have a round 2. The underground and buses are getting much better with wheelchair access so could be something to look into. I just finished your get ready with me from 2 years ago, your life seems to have changed so much since then 🙂
