Hey mate! Are you lure fishing? Below the wall is usually loaded with sooties, sleepy cod and archer fish. Very easy to catch during the warmer months, above the wall have Barra but seem to be very hard to get! I'm sure there's fresh water crocs above the wall never heard of any below the wall

Hey man! I spend a lot of time there! When I was flicking it consistently i'd spend a couple hours there after 4pm There was far too much time spent without a bite!
I used to fish the black wier on the school side down bottom on the wall in the arvo by 530 the water had warmed up enough and they would be on the bite haven't fished there in 10 years.

I’ve got a Okuma Ceymar C-10, had it for like 4 years now and it’s a little trooper. In fact caught 4 bass with it last week. Originally had a C-25 but it was a little big for my liking so looked around but couldn’t find anyone in Australia that had a C-10 in stock. Ended up getting it off Amazon US for $55 free postage. Fantastic little reel that has caught hundreds of fish. Great video, exactly my kind of fishing.
