Hey!! Here are some of my little tips and tricks for fishing Keyatta lake!
Light gear will always get the smaller fish do your best to match the hatch and observe what is happening is the water when you're there!
I fish anything over 2m of tide and 2 hours before high tide!
Time of day doesn't really matter but I fish the afternoons mainly because of work and during the day is just a little too hot!
This is just a few things I have personally learnt myself but I'm sure if you go into the local fishing shops you will gain more knowledge!!
So the gear I am using is a pyml raptor recruit rod with a Okuma jaw 20 reel, 10lb Jarvis walker braid and 10lb fluro leader
My Baitcatser setup is a Daiwa talua 100HSL with an after market drag clicker!rod is an Abu Garcia rayrex Banna bender
40lb leader
