Will the capture card give me 120HZ? I also wonder if I get a 4k capture card will it work for the studio display at 4k and 120 hz . Essentially I don't want to buy another monitor and want maximize performance on the studio display.
@@JaimeJMarrero Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. The 2010 Mac Mini does have a built in Mini DisplayPort. So, you don't think a male MiniDisplay Port to female Display Port adapter + your cable would work?
Hi bro.. I have iMac m3. I want to connect this to Microsoft surface laptop. Do I need to install any software on surface laptop to use iMac as second screen
Did have the studio display and it worked with my pc, but i brought the display back, because of the mediocre respons times in games and the 60 hz... The ASD is not worth its price.

I made the mistake of buying the 8th Gen 32GB three years ago. My wife ran out of storage. I just bought her the Air Starlight 128GB for her birthday. I work for a university and we get them for $550.
Did not work for me, even after making a couple of adjustments recommended by Luna. At the end of the day, they do not support, so little satisfaction.
I bought the exact attachments and it is not working for my setup when I hit cmd f2. I have 2021 MacBook Pro and wanted to connect that with my old iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015). I do not understand all the computer lingo, any advice on what will actually work for me as I am collecting a bunch of useless cords? I figure it is hopefully something simple that I just can't figure out.
i have a new Imac and a new Macbook air. Just using the imac right now the macbook air is just in the box. I will eventually try this if I can't sell the macbook air. As even brand new airs based on the market are worth 50% less. So then if I cannot sell this Air I will turn my imac into a supercomputer. I also have another old macbook pro which can be used with the air and imac simultaneously as shown in super computer tutorials online.
@@JaimeJMarrero Honestly, for my personal needs, I was wasting the pro. After running through some specs, this is perfect for my not so techy needs if that makes sense. I got the blue and at 512gb instead of 256, WiFi only just in prep on the storage to last as long as it possibly can. It’s fresh, this year as well so hopefully we get plenty of time with these. I tried the 11 for a few days because I wanted more portability however, couldn’t take it lol! A lot of digital planning and such so the larger screen is perfect! For a tablet though, wouldn’t go a smidge bigger! This is all I would agree with size wise for a tablet. The pencil is pretty cool too, still adore the writing aspect but in digital!
I was torn between the m4 iPad Pro and the M2 air, but ultimately decided to go air as it has all the features I want and since I don’t do heavy video editing and stuff, the m4 didn’t make much sense. I’m gonna do the 11” size of the air since I already have a 13” MacBook Air M2 and it runs great! I am trading in my 2020 iPad Pro 11” to get this new iPad Air.
@@scubapguin omg same i got the same laptopt but in silver Now I want to get the iPad Air in starlight so I can match. Do you think the starlight looks silver, I hate that they didn't include silver.
i want to ask you a question. I wanna buy the new ipad air 13 inch bc i want a larger screen experience. I am a uni student so i take tons of notes and download lots of pdfs, apart from those the main reason i want to buy an ipad is to use procreate. I am not professional or anything but i want to learn it so much and make a little income if i can manage to. Do you think 128 gb is enough for that or should i prefer 256 gb one?
deff think 128 is a great option! Lots of your files and art will likely be stored in the cloud. I would take a look at what you're using now (iphone or other ipad) and that will give you a good idea. But I think 128 is great, congrats!!!
HI, I have a 2019 iMac and a Mac Mini M2 and I want to use my iMac as a monitor. Will this hack work with an M2 and what exactly do we need to buy. I don't see it posted anywhere on your vid. Thank you very much by the way!
I got my 11” Air delivered to me on Friday. It is an upgrade from my iPad 9th gen. which I traded in for $170.00 (I wanted to get rid of it before it really starts depreciating). My monthly payment on my Apple Card is $44.08 / month for 12 months. My new Air has 256gb. storage which is what I wanted so I’ll never run out of storage. I love the M2 chip and notice a big difference in speed. I haven’t bought any accessories yet but am thinking about the new pen. I have some training in art - but am not a professional - and am intrigued about doing some drawing on my new Air
I would absolutely get the Pro if you are looking to create art, but if you just need a pencil for regular tasks, don’t sleep on the USB-C version! Congrats on the iPad! What colorway did you go with?
