Something about my palate. I can't stand certain notes in Olivia cigars. I don't like them. Your other recommendations are great. I quickly became a Perdomo guy after a couple years of smoking. I started with flavored, went to Connecticuts. Still love Connecticuts, but smoke everything else except infused/flavored cigars.
I had quite the alcohol problem in the past, so i dont drink anymore. My #1 pairing is a black coffee with a spoon of brown sugar. My #2 pairing, believe it or not, is a good pink lemonade. Something about the sweet citrus really makes the flavor of the cigar pop for me.
Thanks for sharing and must have been an amazing experience , worth waiting In this video it looks like you took of the cellophane, is that right and would you recommend this ? I haven’t done it so far but find it way more aesthetic that’s for sure
you should make some videos for each style of spirits: some dry red ones. french ones preferably white sweet / half sweet Cognac/ Armagnac and some fortified wines from Spain/ Portugal
For me water is great. Many people think it is mandatory to drink liquor while smoking a cigar. It’s not required. Others do it for the esthetics. For me, the real essence of smoking a cigar is relaxation. A cigar is so good, spirits are not a necessity to complement a cigar. Nothing wrong with it but not a must. You guys do an outstanding job.
hello everyone i wanna ask something to all what is the NO. of cigars mean ? i usually got a cigar that says no 40 robusto habano it comes in a pack of 2 that each had a tube and then i got a new one that says no.20 that has 20 sticks and had selophane wrappers is there any difference ? or maybe it is just a boxing type name ty in advance
Love the pairings and that makes allot of sense. I usually have an Undercrown maduro and an old fashioned after work. Big fan of whiskey and maduros, but I have been looking to try another brand of cigar. Maduro, preferably robusto/larger gauge. Any recommendations?
I had this cigar tonight. This cigar was so good that the complexity and flavor and nuance of the cigar was there for me in the first third of the cigar.
I tend to find filtered water with 1 lemon wedge to be the best pairing. Not only does it cleanse the palate but it doesn’t over power it and you get the most out of a cigar , just my 2 cents
I had a horrible cigar before , so much so I felt cheated cuz my evening gar was pure bollocks . I had one of these delivered in the mail today from holts and I had a redo . Total redemption this gar made me fall in love and they never disappoint.
I absolutely love the cocoa and coffee notes in the Gran Habano Corojo #5 Maduro. Very rich blend and beautiful flavor, amazing for a budget-friendly cigar!
I ordered some San Cristobal elegancias from holt and some old Henry’s. Finished the SC’s and the am trying the OH’s now. Both have given me great smokes
The Hemingway was the first cigar I tried after I wanted a traditional. My go to before was the girl with no name line from drew estate. It made me love Fuentes forever!
I love to pair a peated whisky with a strong peppery cigar. Those flavors often cancel each other out and the other flavors from both surface. Like tonight, I had a Laphroiag cask strength with a drew estate liga privada T52 and both got way sweeter.
