Anyway, what is the height of your cake mould? Instead of using 1 tsp of cream of tartar, can i substitute with 1tsp of lemon juice/1 tsp of white vinegar?

This is the best home recipe that matches commercial restaurants and traditional cooking techniques I have ever seen. The overnight drying is what makes it superior to any others. Looks so delicious, I will eat the other half. 😂 Your family is fortunate to have you cooking for them. 🥰👍

Made these today and they turned out great used half and half for the liquid … had to bake a bit longer to get them brown … the dough is great .. not to brag but almost as good as the dim sum restaurants here … thanks for the recipe

Hi Ling, just saw your recipe. I have same size tube pan and am using 6 large eggs. Can you advise the grammage or ml for the rest of the ingredients to adjust to my 6 large eggs (about 60g) instead of 8 small eggs? Hope you get to read this reply...Thanks Ling.
