It's extremely simple to buy an amazingly absorbent diaper for a dog, then just poke a hole for the tail. The diaper is "Crinklz", a well-priced option; and what is good is they are LONG, and absorbent in the front. So they are great for male dogs. You can adjust them forward. They also have an extra tape system to them, so if you miss, you can try again (last chance tapes). These are really helpful for an elderly dog that has hard issues with wetting, and they absorb well, so they won't get infections or rashes. It's better putting a diaper on them, than restricting their water intake which ruins their organs! (Many people do that, and it's so not good to do. Use diapers!) They sell them at Walmart, and other places. I found some at Northshore. They also sell doggie pee matts. The tail poke hole: Just line it with a soft cloth around the hole you made so the stuffing stays, or simply glue gun it on the inner lining. Yeah, it's kinda a slight project, but your dog loved you all their life so much, and they will appreciate a better way out from your family.😉(plus the diaper is cute! Lol.
I have a German shepherd or Belgian malinois Dog that we rescued July 25th. The owners would throw sports trail food on the ground and it would mix in with her feces because she was on a 5 foot chain. From what I could tell her poops were somewhat normal but they were also happy and so I don't know. Upon getting her I mixed the sports trail food with Iams. She would only eat the arms and leave her old dog food. She was also pregnant at adoption So we incorporated Iams chicken/rice puppy dry food as well. From day one of having Cocoa her stools were like soft serve ice cream cow piles.. They later turned to dark tarry liquid stoolsAnd she stopped eating the Iams. A friend of mine gave me a small bag of Putina One food lamb/rice. Her school's then turned till a pumpkin orange liquid. The vet gave her An antibiotic and bland diet. Her poops are still orange but a little Bumpy. This is day 5 onA bland diet of chicken rice and also hamburger potato peas cottage cheese, Sweet potato. I gave her those things because she is lactating due to having puppies. I've started to incorporate the Pyramid one back in her diet Very slowly mixed with the bland food. At this point I don't know what to do, I've never seen her poop's normal and I don't know if it's possible. Please help if you can
Hi there thanks for watching. Wow sounds like a huge struggle. Does your dog currently have puppies because if she has just given birth that would be another reason for runny stools. Have you tried giving pumpkin daily and a probiotic. Also when switching the foods intruding new foods try and in cooperate slowly by adding to bits of new to old. She may also have reactions to certain proteins so try and stick with single ingredient protein foods to weed out what might be upsetting her tummy. I hope this helps please keep us posted on your progress. Just a heads up try and stay away from beef and chicken then are the culprits for allergies and reactions to food. Good luck 🐶💗🐶
Im not so sure I understood all of that. Am I supposed to bath my dog in tap water or fiji mountain spring water or alkhaline water? Whats so bad about those things thats a bath really fixes. My dogs a Italian Greyhound mix, so its tough to not bathe him too much. His coat has a fine oil that washes off and cant really get replaced. He is a mix, not sure with what, but when he gets wet he dries off and is itchy, bad itchy, in a couple days. Anyhow this didnt answer my questions much, I guess breed is #1 made sense already to me.

I am using human baby diapers and cutting a hole based on the animal diaper. I feel with my 17 year old dog this is more economical 12 diapers for $25.00 vs. 27 diapers for $9.00z
Would you need to add the length the blade cuts to the comb length? For example a wahl 10 blade cuts 1.8mm on its own, combine it with a number 2 comb which cuts 6mm wouldn't the final length be 7.8mm? Or if the number 2 comb is combined with an andis 30 blade which cuts 0.5mm wouldn't the final length be 6 + 0.5mm = 6.5mm So what im asking is does the blade size under the comb change the final length like the examples above, or does it cut at the stated comb lenght regardless which blade is used underneath? Reason im asking is I want to buy a fixed 3f or 4f blade but want to know how it will compare in length to the 10 blade and guide combs im using now.
There’s something satisfying about watching all the hair come out. Kinda like watching pimple popping. Haha My pup LOVES the Furminator. I’m just here because I’m always concerned I’m pressing too hard, not pressing hard enough, doing it too often, not doing it often enough, etc. 🤷🏻♂️
Hello. Good finding your stuff here. I have a Havanese. I just gave up and cut her hair over her body from the neck down. I have held off on the rest due to wanting for a decent pair of scissors that don't cost hundreds of dollars. Do you have any suggestions on this?
Literally showed this to my vet right now and she said NOOOOOOO!!!! Pinch n pull, enter half that angle in the lil V space. No drawback needed since there’s no veins. That straight down angle would pass the skin n pose as danger to many other dogs

I love your videos. I've watched them numerous times. They help me so much. I'm getting ready to groom my wheaten today. I'm going to bathe her first. Blow dry her then brush her out. I use clippers with combs as well. My toughest part is her nails. I bought a nail groomer too but still not comfortable with the nails.

RU-vid seems to be flooded with videos of computer generated voices trying to sell products they have affiliate links to or people pushing really sketchy solutions. /we rescued a 4 year old wheaton and we live i mesa az. he does bite so the vet gave us a prescription to mellow him out he hates his feet touched but enjoys his bath as long as you dont pick him up any sugestions?
re the SEB; i bought a container of NOW powder like 10 years ago when my cat got CKD to control vomiting (i think i paid less than 10 bucks then but now that it has become known better the price will be more if it is marked for dogs or cats; don't buy 'for pet' b/c it is a rip off and QC is not as good). BTW i still have the same container and it is half full despite freq use for my dog and the new cat, who for some reason gets soft stool occasionally. IMPORTANT: It is best to make a paste, 1 tsp of SEB mixed well into 1 c of filtered water, then put on the stove to simmer for a few mins; it will thicken into a paste that coats the digestive system from mouth to anus! refrigerate and use within 3 days. PS: rice is inflammatory and i would not use it for a dog who already has inflammation in digestive tract. pumpkin, sweet potato and squash are better options for fiber.
That looks and sounds like torture! Vets say this can cause micro tears in their ear canals causing MORE infections. Please educate yourself and talk to your vet before subjecting your pup to this pain!
Thank you SO MUCH for this!! Your pooch is so sweet and patient! I have a very skittish 12 year old rescue rat terrier with cataracts in both eyes, making it difficult for her to enjoy new spaces. My fur-baby Benson and I just love little Bella Girl ❤❤😊 she's not fixed yet, and my vet says she should be soon when I am able to. She pees & poops everywhere.. EVEN in the artificial turf designated area of the patio out through the doggy door 😅 🤦♀️🤷♀️ I will try the reusable from Amazon. Wish us luck!
