-Through the comment section I was SHOCKED by the amount of caffeine you consume per day. I don't know which country you are from but you are poisoning yourself. -I'm from Vietnam, which is famous for producing quality coffee, and we only consume 10-90 mg caffeine daily. -My daily morning serving is 1 small pack of G7 - 16 grams and I am fully energetic until 5pm (with 30 min hiit workout). Some days I forgot my coffee and I still functioned normally, not as excited, but still no problems. 16 GRAMS with that much energy, and I saw you guys talking about 600 to 2000 grams!! -I think it is OVERDOSING on coffee that got you all negative effects.

at 11m, Are SPECT Scans (amen clinic) a scam? they claim to diagnose brain problems by seeing low blood flow. But if caffiene restricts blood flow(but makes the brain work better), and caffiene withdrawl is lots of bloodflow to the brain, but causes brainfog, then how are the Amen spect scan claims legit? Ironically in the suggestions i see Dr.Amen saying "caffiene is XiLLing You"

I once drank 6 cans of monster energy in one day (4 of those in one sitting) for a total of around 960 mg of caffeine. I got very nauseous, but my mentor (I was in middle school at the time) told me that I was faking it and sent me to class anyway. In hindsight I was in such a state that it would probably have been smart to call an ambulance, but I kinda just sat it out and was completely fine so who knows.

I recommend color coding your ingredients. Spend a few cents on powder food grade color so you won't make the same mistake again.

My work schedule requires me to break my natural circadian rhythm. For most part I drink 1 cup of coffee a day that's it, I also experience a piercing headache if I just suddenly stop drinking that cup of coffee. The good part is if I do it's usually over in a day or two and I can control the pain with a weak pain killer.

I have been 2 1/2 years clean from DXM, it is one hell of a drug. I figured out the right mixtures of food and yadda yadda to take with it and it is such an amazing body and mind high. I’d stay up until 5am just swinging at parks. Life felt so beautiful, and the comedown was just as amazing just in a different way. I miss it a lot. But it destroyed my friendships from being very impulsive (though the friends I had were crap anyway). Never ever ever use it when you’re sad or are having negative emotions, that’s when it’ll ruin you.

Caffeine withdraw. 100% As someone that use to drink 2 cans of Energy drinks a day + coffee. Day 1, no issue. Day 2. Mostly no issue but by going into day 3. Headache, vomit, sweats, shaking. I'd be outside the gas station like a drug addict, waiting for the doors to open and getting my cans. IF I could hold one down (most times, the first one came back up) but if you did keep one down within a very short time you go feel your forehead become really cold, your headache melts away all that awful feeling you had is now diminishing. And, like some have said an hour later,.. you're 100% fine ready to take on the day. Root Cause: ADHD (Me, using Caffeine to get things done) Did this for years till the age of 43. Didn't know I was ADHD AF. Now, on Vyvanse my energy drinks are now only 1 max a day and I don't drink coffee beyond a few sips of the office coffee. I also think that Headaches are 99% of the time due to no coffee (or not as much as you tend to have) or other things like Sugar or what have you.

I quit caffeine at the end of May since I heard all the bad things that it did. I didn't get any headaches, nausea or physical pain, but mentally I got hit by a train. The first 2 weeks were probably my all time lowest in terms of mental health. I am talking full on depression and anxiety attacks in school. I had no motivation, felt sad all day and man, anxiety attacks suck. I would start hyperventilating, heart rate would go through the roof and no matter how hard I tried I couldn't speak. I am already a not so social person and feel kinda anxious when talking to people normally, so whenever I started acting weird everyone would start asking me "are you okay?" which would only make it worse, and because I couldn't talk I couldn't tell them to just stop talking to me. Anxiety attacks are gone thankfully but I still haven't fully recovered, I wouldn't say I am depressed but I certainly am more pessimistic and have way less motivation than before, and its already been 2 months. I honestly am thinking about drinking coffee again to see if caffeine was the sole cause for how I feel now or if there is something else that caused this mental hole that I am in.

I love watching this story, i am in almost the same boat LITERALLY...same symptoms before diagnosis. I am being treated at MD ANDERSON cancer center for this exaxt cancer (RMC) and have been for almost 16 months. My doctor's are very optimistic that i am on the outskirts of the disease. Seeing someone else surviving this is incredibly motivating and inspirational to my own journey. No one but other cancer patients can even imagine the mental treachery you go through when you understand this disease and its statistics. I am a fighter just like this man!

I was drinking about 3 premium cups a day. And then after 15 or so years I found that my body was not functioning the way it once did as a result. Major daily fatigue was the worst of it. Upon detoxing , I got very sick on day 2, emptying the contents of my stomach. Then I felt sick for another 7 days. That was the start of my battle against caffeine addiction. Currently I'm not drinking it at all, but rather focusing on my health.

Interesting when doctors refuses to look into patients lifestyle (what they are doing to themselves in the long term) once cancer is suspected. They come up very shortly with a surgery or some destructive "experimental treatment" which basically kills them. In the trial mentioned at 5:22, they didn't even attempt to create control group (no medicine, just placebo and healthy lifestyle changes). Thia makes the trial totally invalid.

Don’t accept any medical advice from someone stupid enough to consume energy drinks. They’re just poison. Look at the ground, they don’t even give you enough energy to throw the can away! To consume more than the recommended dose is pure stupidity.

I’m a pretty big guy. I’m 61 240 pounds. I take two packets of Metamucil at a time. I don’t seem to ever have had a problem, but I’ll definitely go back to just one packet. I was taking two packets because I’m just bigger than everybody else. It seem to get things moving a little nicer than one packet. Thinking about buying into the brand “Pinch.” I’d like to try their flavors and see if I like it better than Metamucil. I’m going to start doing psyllium husk of some sort prior to eating my evening meal. Hoping to reduce the amount that I eat when I sit down I always eat too much.

My grandfather was an old farmer, since 1926. In his 80s, he developed a large growth on his nose. He used treated it the same way as tumors that would develop on the backs of his cattle. There was a type of tar he used to keep the tumor covered. After 6 months, it fell off and never returned.

I know this sounds really odd, but where I live, sometimes scorpions crawl out from the drain when you're taking a shower, one day I left my steel toed boots in the bathroom, the next day I was late for work, I put on my thick socks and went directly to work, after 2 hours I started to feel like some movement, a few minutes later I decided to take off my shoe, my coworkers were like "WTF you doin'?" and when I shaked the boot an scorpion came out, a coworker stepped on it killing it, I was REALLY lucky it didn't sting me always check your boots/socks before puting them on!
