Chicken looks good. I do the same thing but instead of yoghurt I blend cottage cheese with chicken & wrap veggies rice & chicken in a large tortilla to get loads of carbs & protein to fuel/recover from long runs. If you find your shins getting achy close to competition I swear by ginger shots & adding garlic to all your dishes. It makes those 10+ mile runs easier to recover from Keep it up! Finish strong on those runs 💪👍
it will auto regenerate, use sell the diesel rangers, transits, the only issue could possibly have is not doing enough miles when a regen starts, so if your driving an it should come up on display, regen in progress, just do about 50 miles and should finish etc, tbh they are a waste of time compared to 2008 diesel engines@@nathanfrenchy
