"I have to play somebody that has it all together!" that's exactly it for me. "Think about how we are going to be liked for who we truly are." GOLDEN IDEA <3 Thank you!
The hardest thing about perfectionism for me is that it stops me from accomplishing what I want to do. I get overwhelmed and lost in my creative process. Thank you for another great tip Joanna 💗
I wonder what is the opposite of an inner perfectionist... An inner remedy to it. I thought of archetypes but I don't think Perfection is an archetype. rather a strategy of survival. 3 Rd chakra issue.

What you shared is so good to hear. Coming across the same words twice randomly is definitely a message. I like that you read it. Good to hear those words through your lovely voice . Thank you

Thank you for your insight. I began with A Course In Miracles and have been working with it for about 15 years. More recently, I have gravitated toward SOM. I find the practice of each to complementary. SOM has more practical applications to a better experience of our mundane existance, where as ACIM focuses on inner peace thru forgiveness. I find both essential to my spiritual path.
15 years! Admirable! Would you say it's easier to notice when you act from your ego, and it is any easier to forgive? i continue catching myself in one brain error as I am doing the work... but it feels good to return to it. It's like knocking on a beautiful door day after day One day it will open to another revelation, and ... I remember that feeling.
