I have been aware of this block for years. The need for approval slows down the work when you are in the middle of it, prevents you from sharing, and in my case makes me want to explain myself when showing my art.
ugh!
What is my remedy to this? Just another thought that I apply - if I remember- during the work. It absolutely makes me work faster, without hesitation and self- doubt " I am the only one who needs to stand behind it 100%"
