So automatics need both drained? You said automatics have a reservoir. Is that oil?(edit haha du*b question) I have an automatic so any info would be appreciated. Thanks brother
No the automatic transmission pan does not need to be drained, unless you are servicing the transmission. Modern day automatic transmission fluid can last the entire life of the transmission.

good vid...honeslty the oem is absolutely fine, just make a upgrade in filter change and save $$$ for other mods....the original is a cold air intake enclosed...

Well done on your video! I followed it today while installing my Roto Fab dry filter CAI on my 2021 2SS Camaro. The 2SS doesn't have the sound tube, so it was virtually the same install as on your LT1. She sounds and looks great after the install!

I just did long tube headers on my car with a straight pipe & its so fn loud i hate it but this sounds sweet would you say the magna packs brought down the noise kept it a little lower tone
Build you own. I used some generic universal 3” ceramic high flow cats. Got a pair for cheap online. Works great. You’ll need adapters if you’re running it to a 2.5” catback. They unfortunately don’t make cheaper 3” ones with an O2 bung though….. something to consider. Other than that, you can get the same ones in 2.5”, except you’ll need a few more pieces to adapt them to the 3” header collector. Make sure the exhaust adapters and/or reducers aren’t too long, bc if it’s longer than the dimension of the stock exhaust and parts, it won’t allow the exhaust to align properly, or even bolt ip all the way.
Yes when I put them on the first time they were running when I turned the wheel. So I took them off and put a dent in the runner and it worked just fine!
I didn’t remove mine during install, so it was a real PITA to force the driver side headers up. But the real shitty part was REMOVING them. If you didn’t make dents initially, to clear the steering shaft/coupler, it’s gonna get caught on that and the drive side motor mount…. The only other headers I’ve taken out completely from the top and installed them from the top downward, was the stock exhaust manifolds. I tried BBK shorty’s and the drive side fit, but I never bothered with any other shorty header, so idk about the other brands tbh

Congrats I just picked up my 23 2SS 1LE yesterday. It took 9 months. I’m early 40’s and this is my first sports car I have bought. Got some extras on it but saved money because I got the manual I wanted it and it had cost savings. I paid $60,700 all my add ons, tax, title, registration, everything. I have payments of $497.04. Again congrats on getting it they are fun
GM throws what ever band clamps they have on these cars it could have been different usually there 8 mils or maybe somebody changed it before you got the car
Can’t do anything unless you buy cats that have O2 bungs; that’s what everyone else has had to do. Keep in mind though, that with the EPA restrictions now, you won’t be able to tune out the O2 sensor CEL at all. The CEL should be only for the downstream/secondary o2 sensors not detecting properly working cats (primary ones) right before it. I ended up adapting some generic universal 2.5” high flow ceramic cats, with offset o2 bungs. However, I put the o2 bung facing towards the BACK end, so that the o2 sensor would at least read some sort of actual functioning cat in front of it. Unfortunately, this is still not a surefire way, so you might need to do this AND get o2 sensor bung extensions, or o2 sensor simulators. I ran the o2 simulators with a small “cat” inside of the bung extension, and it helped, on top of detecting the actual cat before it as well.
It's still a Camaro so you can't go wrong If you are wanting a great daily driver to commute and get great mpg and decent performance. Although, I do daily my v8 and get 21-23 mpg.
