Congrats I just picked up my 23 2SS 1LE yesterday. It took 9 months. I’m early 40’s and this is my first sports car I have bought. Got some extras on it but saved money because I got the manual I wanted it and it had cost savings. I paid $60,700 all my add ons, tax, title, registration, everything. I have payments of $497.04. Again congrats on getting it they are fun
Congrats, you seem like very fine young man! You got your dream car, and accept the responsibility of paying for it yourself. I am 70, and just ordered a '23 LT1 in Vivid Orange. It is a bucket list thing for me, as my first 3 cars were muscle cars...a '66 Chevelle SS396 (at age 17), a '67 Royal Bobcat GTO, and a '69 Chevelle SS427. I paid for them all, no help from Dad, other than co-signing. Since then, it's been all family style cars and pickups for work. So I am going full circle, it's who I am, and this will be my last car. How about a video on caring for the paint? Do you use wax, or something else?

@@mondo9.2.5 Depends on the Dealer, some are given higher allocations than others. On average from what I've seen/heard is 4-8 month's to get a custom build these days
I’m in Utah and it took 9 months. It took two months to get here after it was finished at the factory. It sat for a while before shipping. Once shipped it arrived in 5 days
Thanks for making the video, I had a 21 LT1, my financing was pretty much like yours. I put down 7K so my payments were a little bit less than yours. I loved that car, it was awesome and trouble free, I just traded it in on a 23 ZL1, which is the only car thats actually a step up from my old one. Enjoy your ride, see ya on the road.
