Hi doc. I forgot to ask when to continue using topical acne medication after a plasma light facial with extraction. May I know when I can continue use? I'm using retin and adapalene alternately
Typically if no downtime i have my patients resume the next day, but, having said that, since i don’t know what was done to you during your facial, it is best to ask the one who performed the treatment :)
Actually there are a lot of good brands of retinol out there :) natry ko na- kiehl’s, olay, peter thomas roth, innisfree, luxe organix, paula’s choice, drunk elephant, celeteque etc :)

i didnt know UV rays penetrated windows. I’ve been sitting in front of the window by my computer for months now. The blinds are closed but still, I had no idea. I hope I can repair the damage it caused to my face :(
Windows only block UVB but not UVA. Ok lng yan, you can start sun protection now, may products naman that can - to a certain extent- repair and reverse the damage UV rays have caused 🙏🏻

Thank you so much for this video, and for doing all the research you did! This was something I was wondering about (and actually stressing over) since I started working from home. My kitchen gets a lot of sun and I had low level anxiety about going in there mid day when the sun is blasting through the glass door. I finally bought blackout curtains for that room and from the information I got in this video, I think between applying adequate sunscreen in the morning and keeping the curtains closed when I'm in there during the sunniest parts of the day, I should be fine.

Now I'm curious, why there are no Ophthalmologists (Philippine base) creating contents like Dermatologists does. Eyes are amazing, and I have some eye concern as well.

Hi Doc Gaile. Curioue ako. Given a scenario po. If I have pimple marks, what is the effective treatment, Skincare or Lasers? Like if may scars ka, Kojic acid for 3months or Co2 Laser 3 sessions for 3 months? Para imbes na bumili ka ng topical, why not save money for lasers if MAS EFFECTIVE AT MAS MAY RESULT😅
Depends on the marks kasi- red, brown? Depressed ba? Maraming options and whatever you choose with your doctor will depend on several factors- i suggest mag consult ka :)
Takbo po kayo ulit madam,pero ibahin ang campaign manager nyo kasi lumilipat sa Liberal ni BBM si Bam,sabagay di naman magaling si Bam kasi kung ano-anong pinasuot sa yo noon di na tinitignan kung bagay o nakakatawa ang kinalalabasan nyo noon.Sabagay daming nasyahan dahil tila naging payaso kayo noong election na yon.
