Anyone know why he’s no longer wearing headphones on stage to protect his hearing? I remember him talking about this several years ago and making that choice to wear headphones that covered his full ear, I don’t see any IEMs here
That's a good point and I was thinking about the same thing. Maybe he had a surgery of some kind or he has new technology, so we can't see the earplug or something?
My favorite drummer. But stop the cymbal nonsense at five minutes in. No drummer wants to see cymbal tricks. Actually, NOBODY want cymbals at all. They are accents, not features.
I'll never understand why the crowd goes crazy when the cymbals are crashing. That's the least interesting part of the chops. But Marco has all of them.

well, leave it to the internet to bring out the best in people. he’s had quite the career since those early shredding days, and he’s still every bit the musician he was - but to each their own.
