you all prolly dont give a shit but does anybody know a trick to log back into an instagram account..? I somehow forgot the password. I love any help you can give me
"Yeah.....but can he groove?" :-D Marco is such an impeccably rounded drummer. Killer chops, amazing musicality and his grooves are so tasteful. Hands down, one of my favorite drummers of all time!
Man-I have watched many, many vids of him but I can’t remember him ever tearing it up like this! Unbelievable skills, and having a blast at the same time-mad props to you Marco!
elboogero Just because you can't comprehend Terry's art, doesn't mean you should put him down. He's not only one of the best drummers, in history, but one of the best musicians.
@elboogero * Sorry dude, but BOZZIO can STILL out drum this chap with HALF of the effort. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aDQE82ElyJg.html
Here is a serious question..does Marco EVER not smile? I love his positivity..he said it best during the Dream Theater audition..if you give the audience energy they give it back!
Do you ever wonder how he'd have faired in DT? I have admired Mike Mangini's playing since I first heard him with Extreme in 1994, but in that DT audition, I dunno, I felt Marco Grooved just a little more. But, if the video is to be believed, Mike wanted the gig way more than Marco. That seemed perhaps more the winning vote. Can't say it was a wrong decision, but I am talking purely the drumming side.
3:14 sounds like Hot for teacher. I’ve seen marco drum solo live and honestly, the man’s a god. He was so friendly and permanently cheerful. His smile made me smile.
He played a solo while drumming for Satriani years ago that brought the house down and he got the biggest ovation that I think that I have ever witnessed.
they didn't passed on him, if i remember correctly Marco is the one who didn't accept their terms, the band wanted him to be full time with them and Marco wouldn't be allowed to have other projects. Don't know if this is accurate but that's what i remember.
not only did Dreamtheater pass on him but Steven Wilson let him go check out live playing with Steven Wilson live in Mexico City song luminol killer musicianship especially Marco
@@elfyrulais Accurate; In an interview with Ultimate Guitar, Marco said "There might be something along those lines that we could collaborate, but if I had been in Dream Theater, I would have given up the most of my activities like The Aristocrats, which are my band and that’s my home."
There are a select few drummers in the world that are on a shelf that are higher and above the rest of the drummers in the world...Marco is right above even that shelf. He's on that shelf that's hard to reach that nobody can ever seem to get a feather duster to. Not many drummers are sitting up there next to him. That Elite shelf.
It's good that he has trimmed down his kit. Stewart Copeland did the same when he had to play at a Beatles dedication gig and he realised that 'without all of these drums in the way, I could really play! I could really groove without all of these drums everywhere.' Less toms means more movement.
Great German drummer, great drummer. Was invited to the Dream Theater auditions in 2011 (or was it 2010?) which says a lot about his drumming abilities.
So easy a caveman can do it. Oh wait, that’s Marco not the Geico guy. 😁. Marco’s technique is outstanding and you can tell he has spent countless hours practicing and mastering his craft.
I saw him with Guthrie Govan. I saw Dream Theater four times, all with Portnoy. But I loved the Guthrie Govan concert. Three guys who really complimented each other.
Been following Marco a couple of years , I've seen alot but never anything like him. A fuking beast..., the best I've ever seen, even better than Peart in his prime
