@@drmelissawest I like sun chips (made from grains) original. The problem with any chips for me is they are dry and hard. Right now with my Vata dosha imbalance that causes a lot of gastrc problems. mainly gas and constipation. I am mostly Vata which increases with age and also peaks in summer. So a triple whammy. I wish I could gain weight and have more body fat and moistness to help with digesting dry and crispy foods, But I really need more self discipline. According to Ayurveda we are born with our dosha makeup that we carry through life. The best I can do to maintain my health is support who I am. Instead of reaching for "comfort" foods it is great to find satisfaction in gentle yoga. Thanks for listening, Much love.

Melissa, I found you in 2016. My son shockingly passed away and I was seeking some solace. You had a class where you were talking about how someone in your community had their son pass away. It was a sign from God that I should find you, and I’ve been here ever since. Thank you for all you do. 😘
