Another honorable mention is Danger Wrap for Mega Man. It’s a bomb in a bubble that flys in a steep upwards angle. For some reason it does 15% and there was a glitch where if you landed while starting the move it would shoot two of them. So you’d take 30% and be in a ton of hitstun.

Custom moves would've been better if they were separate moves and not variations. Like every fighter could have 5 unique moves but only equip 4. For example, Mario could have his normal Smash 4 moveset, but also have an extra move be his old tornado attack that was removed in Brawl.
İ am glad to not seeing Ness Lucario pit and dark pit here because i mostly like their Custom Moves. Especially PK Freeze Ness You can make Crazy Combo chains With Very less Knockbacking Pk Freeze and it works against Cpu Players. İ made it till 700 around Percent Damages.
*İmportant Note:* But Ness Pk Freeze *Never kills* at any damage. İt's based to Freezing Enemies and buying time or Opportunity to hit Based But Lucas's is can it's Vertical Knockback based.
I bet Mega Man's Shadow Blade could be absolutely insane when used correctly. Sure it can't be graded like Metal Blade. But it's god at racking up damage. if not. Danger Wrap, Skull Barrier, Hyper Bomb, And Ice Slasher would also be insane in every way possible.
You know. I always thought little mac was good cause my first time playing against a little mac user was pretty good at it and basically KO everybody in the game when we were playing together. I got so pissed I would just target that one player to find out how they work and beat them and any other little mac user. This was like 5 years ago
Came up with them myself for fun. Neutral: Mine/Craft/Create Block -Custom 1: "Enchantment: Durability" Tools and Weapons last longer, but take longer to Mine and Build. -Custom 2: "Enchantment: Efficiency" Blocks can be gathered more quickly, but Tools and Weapons are less durable. Side: Minecart -Custom 1: "Minecart with TNT" Much more expensive to build and can't be ridden in, but it will detonate a few moments after being created. Can still be detonated early by fire. -Custom 2: "Carrot on a Stick" Costs Wood instead of Iron. Steve charges forward on his trusty steed, a Pig. He's slower, but he will continue running around for a bit on stage (turning at the edge) after being jumped off. Up: Elytra -Custom 1: "Slime Block" Steve creates a Slime Block that bounces him up. It can be bounced on again by Steve or other fighters, though it does break naturally like other blocks. This block costs multiple blocks of Dirt. -Custom 2: "Ladder" Steve builds and climbs straight up ladders he builds using Wood. They can be climbed on by other fighters, and break like the normal blocks Steve can place. Down: TNT -Custom 1: "Dispenser" Cheaper than TNT, and requires Stone and Wood. Stepping on the pressure plate or hitting it shoots an Arrow. If hit with Fire, it will shoot a Fireball. After a certain amount of uses, or enough damage, it will break. If hit with an Ice or Water attack, it will shoot a snowball. Another one can't be placed until the first is destroyed. -Custom 2: "Bow and Arrow" Steve attacks with his Bow, which can be charged up like Link's bow for greater distance and power. Each shot uses a portion of Wood and Stone. Using the attack after doing a Down Tilt (Flint and Steel) will make the Arrow a Fire Arrow.
