Thank you for giving me hope. I am in my 60's and suffer from knee pain. During the pandemic i lost my job and stopped working out. You have inspired me to get back up and move.
You didn’t mention the guy also doesn’t have his knees in line with the axis of rotation on the cam. He needs to move his seat forward a bit to properly align his knees.
There's a time and place for full range of motion and with this particular exercise, you *DO NOT* want to go full range of motion. If you try to lift the weight up with your feet that far back, all the pressure will go to your knee joints.
Thank youuuu so much. I adjust the seats but never cared for the chin bar i thought It’ll be more challenging if my feet were back super far. Thank u again!! Great advice
Because I see the last thing you do is exhaling lifting the dumbbells and then later you put the weights down without inhaling. That’s my question, your final breath should be an exhalation lifting the dumbbell up and then after that u just put the weights down without inhaling. What is the last thing you do when executing bicep curls? Breathing out while going up or breathing in while putting the weights down, but don’t you have to exhale when the weights are down for the final rep. My confusion is about what to do in the final repetition please. Thank you.
When doing bicep curl, don’t u have to inhale before u lift? And then exhale when lifting and inhale when lowering? Because I don’t see how u can exhale without inhaling first
im just 20 year old i got this kind of pain while walking down from mountain trek it gets recover till i dont run when i run the pain trigger what to do
