What is the thickness in "oz" is the leather you're using? 10oz or 12oz maybe? Knife is gorgeous and the sheath is very well made. I learned a new techniques from you so thank you!

I love this but don’t have the equipment. I was trying to figure out how to get 2” -2.5” fancy calligraphy style letters of the whole alphabet to do in cement. It wouldn’t even have to be metal. I can’t find anything off Amazon…it’s all real small letters.

Just ordered from your website a neckless knife. I love your process. I looked it up. Supposed to be the best blade making process. I can't wait to receive it. If I like is as much as I think I would I would get many other sizes and shapes

My daughter, Emma,13, selected this as her very first project. She's up to the leather shop at the moment getting stuff while the molded sheath is drying... I'll probably not get that really old buck hunting knife back... Thanks! And your layout is wicked fast. Mark

Why don't you just drill holes instead of demolishing the pattern when you use the hammer and punches? If the bar is the finished Damascus pattern and you're just cutting a ring out you would salvage more of the original pattern and just do stock removal like you did to finish it after you drill the holes vs punching them out! Just my suggestion and what I would do.

Weld a nut to that slots and then you can thread a bolt to raise the angle without having to use washers. More precise
