29:20 Oh, that is pretty simple. He just didn`t manage to maintain eye contact. Probably Lobo figured out that "Look into my eyes" means is a bad idea in fight and purposely avoided it. As for why it worked on second time, because Lobo was absolutely restrained here with no way of escape from Zarathos and avoid the stare.
I would have suggested playing the PSP version, might find it a bit faster and easier. DS version I've heard is more difficult, and may be a bit slower. But the game is highly regarded and the majority of fans really like it. The whole thing with characters dying and you finding them perfectly fine later can be a bit of a let down, though at the time of their deaths it does have some impact. Would still be good to see more entries in the series, especially VI and VII.
I know making videos isn't a priority at the moment but i reccomend playing Final Fantasy 9. Either on your own or for videos. Final fantasy 9 fixes a lot of the issues you had and even does some things you wish this game did. Once again a great video. Have a great day!
