My daughter and I did a wine tasting/sight seeing tour in the afternoon, we went back to the ship to meet with that tour. start looking at the tours now. however from that central location or drop or drop off point I mentioned there are heaps of tours you can book on the day also.

Hey Dave, well, it's all done, and dusted. One more video to come tomorrow. Gee, your question about which one is better. Both visually awesome with Big Red a head as having Big Red behind the stage looks great. Both run extraordinary great, the volunteers are hard working, line up similar. Pro Tip: unless you are carrying full jerry cans of fuel dont let your fuel tank get that low in remote areas. Dont assume a fuel stop will have fuel, always have enough fuel to go beyond that stop.

Why does the Google navigation screen shrink and no longer fills out the screen
@DirtRoad4x4
@DirtRoad4x4 19 дней назад
@timbutler1891 Hey Tim, I'm not sure about that. I use WAZE. It seems to work, OK? TDJ, who make the unit have pretty good service, give them a buzz. It's probably a setting glitch. Thanks for watching, Trev :)

@timbutler1891 12 дней назад
I see it happens to your screen too. When you exit the hema and go to the main screen for daily use it is actually narrower than what it would be without the hema dongle connected. This kind of thing irritates the shit out of me. Thanks for the reply though I'll have follow that up with TDJ.

Thank goodness SOMEONE mentioned Jayco's poor awning choice and lack of attention to detail. My 2024 X came with the Ironman 270 and I love the construction and lights but it does not cover the doorway or back kitchen hatch enough to protect from rain. In fact, the back hatch hinge leaks water in light rain and drips down the front of the fridge. Very disappointing detail not thought through. I'm also having trouble running the fridge on the current solar system. As you mention, it probably draws 3 times more than a chest, Cheers

Wow, theyve not fixed the batt location and now 350w solar and 1.5-3kw LiIonPO4 are cheap as, they should redo this and how about a slimmer mattress option and better use of the space. The MDC series at 30k are better equiped IMO. Only the intro chepo jpod is even worth a passing look IMO

Left quilpie at 10am on the 5th friday heading west to windorah/jundah turnoff. I realised after an hour of a lot of moving off road with caravan, 20 footer in tow, that i stuffed up. Wrong time .... The bash traffic got heavier the closer to the turnoff i got. 4 hours to do a 2hr drive. Several windscreen chips and paint chips.. Most drivers were very carefull and slowed down and some even put all wheels off to let me stay on.. One guy in a small suv got right off and when i stayed on ,he swerved back on right at me the off again, not happy. He didn't realise if one goes right off, the other can stay on possible saving HIS windscreen... Some have no idea. In younger years in the NT on single or rocky bush roads it was known by most to drive straight at one another then at the last moment flick off to the side , the rocks are behind and no windscreen damage. I'd hate to do that here. When i turned north towards jundah at the turnoff, i heard on 40 that there was an hour wait for fuel at windorah. Many towns made good money. Quilpie iga shelves were looking quite bare.

It's certainly an adventure, we arrived at Windorah to a 2 hour que for fuel it started outside of town. We had a breakdown in our group 200km's from Birdy which kept us roadside for 2 hours. The Hema map patrol vehicle had Starlink allowing us to get help and build a recovery plan for the other vehicles, before we continued to Windorah. Thanks for the feedback and watching.
