The way we peel our pineapple is that we peel it thinly that's why you need a sharp knife. Because we peel it thinly we will see black dots all around the pineapple. We call the black dots in Tagalog Mata. To remove the black dots we slice off the dots spherically . Slicing off the dots means you slice the dots on both side in a slanted position going to the center creating a chink or a cleft as you push it upward with your knife. In this way we eat more of our pineapples. It's a chunk bigger.

Pls give Andrei a cup of warm water with salt in it to drink first thing in the morning to clean out intestinal virus ,or boiled 3 apples 🍎,then give him a cup of it with a teaspoon of salt ,3x aday this works so fast .He said he got body temperature high the other day,needs to do an actions before virus spread out.Banana is good for diarrhea.

Someone told me that do not eat watermelon with empty stomach it will give you upset stomach. When you are exposed to heat from the sun, it will give you headache. Andrei if he is going to take meds because of loose bowel movement he can take diatabs this will help to control LBM
Find native guava Let Andrei eat the young guava fruit or the young leaves it can cure his stomach problems that's proven and instant relief to diarrhea
Hi sis liza i am just concerned about all of your family's skin specially when you go to the beach during daytime you should apply Sunblock Lotion it is available in pharmacy or in the convenient store which brod andrei and momma used to shopping... you will get burned if you didnt apply sunblock because the rays of the sun in the philippines are very strong.... take gooe care sister and God Bless you and your family as well...
