very disappointed by bmw in terms of material selection for the interior. Cheap plastic everywhere on the name of sustainability. BMW should look at the competition on what they are doing before even getting such car in the market. Even the non premium brands offer better interior which looks & feels better than this so called BMW X3. If this continues in no time people will look elsewhere for their next car. Being performance oriented car doesn't meant you cheap out on luxury, both should go hand in hand. Then only it will be called the Ultimate Driving Machine. Please convey our feedback to BMW.

I did the Ctrl Alt Delete and that didn’t work so I logged out of the app and back in and it works now.

yes I did that and now all the apps are literally gone somewhere. Even message app is gone and I cant set up my driver profile because when i send the confirmation code to the bmw from my phon app for pairing the bmw doesn't receive it. Btw I have 2022 bmw 530e

All those saying it was down before the storm and it’s a big conspiracy. Well just maybe they shut down sealed and safes the place and booked to safety for the employees. But that’s just a conspiracy theory too

Thanks for this! I couldn’t get online to make my payment yesterday. The app is also acting up. The climate feature shows ad running when it’s not, the rest of the features see inaccessible because it thinks it’s running the climate.. now I know it’s a bigger problem than just some faulty app.

I was getting ready to remove the car from the app and add it back lol. Good thing I googled about a potential outage lol

Thanks for the correspondence. Its unacceptable that there has been no formal anouncement from BMW on a greater scale. We get this from a local dealership. This outtage has been there since at least Tuesday. Days before the storm made landfall. They are using the storm as a cover. Wonder why MB or Audi havent had issues?

I purchased a 2019 i540 hybrid and charged it all night. The battery got to 80%. I drove for 5 miles on eco mode and automatic e drive and the charge died. What do you think can be the issue?
