Not sure it passes through Ikate. If you heard Ikate, that will be an error. It goes through the opposite side of Ikate which is called chisco, the Elegunshi Beach part.
The highway should have been built 50 to 50 years ago. Togo and Benin Republic built theis in the 70s. The present administration of President Tinubu is doing the right thing. This is is very similar to Cape Town South Africa and Blackpool in England.🇬🇧❤❤❤❤❤❤

Madam, stop selling property for Landmark because you are enabling their crooked business practice. Everything you are saying in this video is the same thing promised in DE AVOCADO phase 1 and they never delivered on any of the promises. No 24 hours power supply, terrible material used for building the units, horrible and contaminated water supply and worst of all, the land they built the estate is not even registered to Landmark. So, if you are potential subscriber, do yourself a favor and run unless you will be sorry like i am,
Hello sir, Firstly I acknowledge your dissatisfaction even though you didn’t purchase via us. Secondly, we will like to state that LANDMARK do not practice crooked business. Concerning De Avocado 1, yes the company has the plan to provide 24hours power supply and still doing everything (which is costing them a lot of money) to provide it. Let me state that, right now in Nigeria we all know that providing 24hours power supply is now very difficult based on the outturn of things (inflation) in the last 3years. Landmark for months if not years provided supplementary power supply via their generators & most occupants refused to pay for. Meanwhile, they were also working on connecting the estate to priority line, which got affected when the Lekki Epe expressway road construction started. Also note, they have learned some lessons from the first project which has helped them improve on De Avocado Apartment. We do not agree on the part you say they used terrible materials to build the house, please don’t let your displeasure be fueled by HATE. You say the worst is that, landmark do not have the estate registered in their name. How is that the worst thing? Even though landmark is one of the few developers who perfect their documents in most of their properties. Please not that, not having an estate registered in the name of the developer yet is not a terrible thing or criminal act. Infact, many finished houses you see in prime locations don’t have the documents registered yet in the name of the developer. Once again, we are sorry you are not satisfied with your purchase in the estate but please note that Landmark remains one of the few developers with integrity in that corridor. And, they are always doing everything to improve their delivery and services. Be rest assured, your dissatisfaction will be communicated to them. Though your purchase wasn’t through us but we at Naijarealty247 are committed to good delivery and consistent improvement. These fears are real and why many will not choose certain locations that are far from Lagos. Ogun and Oyo state are saver for farming. Note that this location is easily accessible and not far in like a forest. We will be glad to help you own plots there now that are selling on pre launch prices.

I am not sure we can help you with your answer to your questions of privacy. Kindly note that we are currently in the rainy season, and yes, you will find water on an empty plot of land. It is not a big deal or terrible thing. Asking what people are doing sounds like you think people living there don't know what they are doing. Abijo GRA is a fine location to stay in Lagos. Please kindly give us an update on Peak Royale by Efficacy Construction Company Limited (a drone shot and current offer). Also, kindly clarify if the 90-days amnesty extend to anyone who have just bought a land or plot in an estate in Lagos. Especially if one has recently recently received the Deed of Assignment and Survey plan in readiness to build and pursuant of Governors consent. Please advise. Thanks.
The Amensty is for people who had already built the house or houses with obtaining building approval. The process is to obtain the building approval before anyone commences building. Hence why there's a penalty for those who build without approval. For you, you don't have anything to do with the amnesty. When you are ready to build, ensure you get approval before you start building. Because going forward, anyone who builds without approval might suffer demolition or pay huge penalty. Hope this helps.
