Madam, stop selling property for Landmark because you are enabling their crooked business practice. Everything you are saying in this video is the same thing promised in DE AVOCADO phase 1 and they never delivered on any of the promises. No 24 hours power supply, terrible material used for building the units, horrible and contaminated water supply and worst of all, the land they built the estate is not even registered to Landmark. So, if you are potential subscriber, do yourself a favor and run unless you will be sorry like i am,

Hello sir, Firstly I acknowledge your dissatisfaction even though you didn’t purchase via us. Secondly, we will like to state that LANDMARK do not practice crooked business. Concerning De Avocado 1, yes the company has the plan to provide 24hours power supply and still doing everything (which is costing them a lot of money) to provide it. Let me state that, right now in Nigeria we all know that providing 24hours power supply is now very difficult based on the outturn of things (inflation) in the last 3years. Landmark for months if not years provided supplementary power supply via their generators & most occupants refused to pay for. Meanwhile, they were also working on connecting the estate to priority line, which got affected when the Lekki Epe expressway road construction started. Also note, they have learned some lessons from the first project which has helped them improve on De Avocado Apartment. We do not agree on the part you say they used terrible materials to build the house, please don’t let your displeasure be fueled by HATE. You say the worst is that, landmark do not have the estate registered in their name. How is that the worst thing? Even though landmark is one of the few developers who perfect their documents in most of their properties. Please not that, not having an estate registered in the name of the developer yet is not a terrible thing or criminal act. Infact, many finished houses you see in prime locations don’t have the documents registered yet in the name of the developer. Once again, we are sorry you are not satisfied with your purchase in the estate but please note that Landmark remains one of the few developers with integrity in that corridor. And, they are always doing everything to improve their delivery and services. Be rest assured, your dissatisfaction will be communicated to them. Though your purchase wasn’t through us but we at Naijarealty247 are committed to good delivery and consistent improvement. To everyone reading, please don’t let his comments discourage you from your purchase. Landmark remains one of the few brands you can trust in Lagos. Regards.
