If you have been running your compressor hard and it shuts off and wont restart before doing all of this diagnostic stuff drain the tank first and then turn it on again. Works a lot of the time
You have some misinformation here. The big red jack stands clearly state 3 tons for each stand. It doesn't say per pair. So, you are just making up stuff here.
The welded flat bottoms are important to me, they dont sink into hot pavement easy.. I hate the Daytona ones from HF, not good welded bottoms on the corners compared to my other china ones.
This grinder did not work with a dust shroud. When I attached a dust shroud the cup locked up, wouldn't move. Had to return it. I think HF gets these tools from China, and there's no quality inspection. For certain things, the old mantra is true - you get what you pay for.
Is there a metal grinding stone version of the blade roller? Trying to level a 3d printer bed but I don't need a full size metal planer all of the time. It would be great to have a swapping option that would make what I need more affordable.
With thise vunscyou should never use 40bpsi usally fir base coats you would use 29 psi for base coat ckear at 30 to 31vpsi you falilded fro not using a requlartor in gunnur not getting true pressure at the gun
Thanks for the video!! I bought this exact gun and bottle it worked perfect! I'll do the tubes next time. The heated up Fluid Film and that also worked perfect to fill the bottles (I used a large measuring cup to fill the bottle). I used a 15 gallon Dewalt compressor at 100 lbs which also worked great.
Just a minor correction the red adhesive around the screws are to let Fenders technicians know if the amp has been tampered with or serviced. They are a seal that should not be broken Or the warranty becomes void.
FYI, these are 3-ton/6,000-lbs PER PAIR according to the manual. I found out when I ordered a set. Every vendor I found listed them as 3T per stand which is blatantly and potentially dangerously incorrect.
I ordered the gun and a gallon of FF, as I had used aerosols of it in the past and it seems good. I noticed when ordering the gallon one has to be careful, as there are variants that are thicker (AR) and for indoor use only (Liquid A), so be careful what you order or you may not get what you need. Thx for a great video!
honestly, the only i wouldn't get this is because of the weld that secures the top platform to the post. in my opinion, this should always be one, solid piece of steel. if this get crooked while a big load is applied, i feel that this top part will fail long before the base splits. don't get my wrong, i LOVE simple designs like this, however, i want to rely on design more than my trust in how good the welds are.
just picked up a set stands from harbor freight 3 ton ones. biggest gripe is locking pin pain to incert. I had too file holes little to get to slide in easier.Pluss the jack rachet bars. .think too much Powdwer coating issue.. Still little issue with safety pin aligning up to other side. have to jiggle rachet stand part to seat right.. lubed up pins and rachet stands with some silicone grease. When putting pin threw opposite side of stands.. seems to be more a pain..Figuring with time and wears in from use ,Should get better in time I hope.
Just bought 2 pairs of the 3-ton Daytona jack stands: one from the area where they are normally stocked and one pair from the promotional stack-out at the front of the store. When I unpacked them I discovered one pair was less robust than the other. The saddles were narrower and the saddle finish was rough. The "Pads for 3-Ton Jack Stands" fit the beefier pair but were too large for the less robust pair. Both sets were labeled identically, but one pair was clearly inferior. I returned the one set and brought one of the more robust ones with me so I could show them the difference. We opened up another box from the promotional stack-out and it was also of the smaller dimensions. A bit worrisome.
@@burgerking220 The ones they have bolted down on the display area are probably the beefier ones. I'd at least open the box in the store and hold it next to the display for comparison.
Didn’t have a 17mm hex and I already took a trip to the parts store. Used a 17mm banjo bolt and a screwdriver and got the fill plug out. Filler ‘er up and put it back in finger tight

I have a older spray gun / cannister called a Critter. Would you know what size the nozzle needs to be to spray Fluid Film? Thinking of just drilling out the Critter nozzle to allow it to spray Fluid Film. Thanks.
I tore one apart and weighed every part to see how I could make it lighter. The motor itself is about as light as it could be. I converted the generator to a permanent magnet and it was about half the weight. Still never finished it though, it would then be an inverter generator. I will get back to it someday. Appreciate your videos showing the insides of things. thanks
I bought 1 of the 5 drawer lateral cabinets last year. I went back 2 months ago and came home with 3 more. I absolutely love this setup. Was lucky, as all are black. I realize you can purchase dividers for these. However, I like using 1/4” ply and cutting to fit. I can vary height to fit my needs. The replaced a whole wall of ugly wooden shelves.
nice video looks like a honest price for what you are getting (at least the discounted price that is) .. now, not sure i understood your comment abt the lifetime guarantee and the calibration - my limited knowledge on the subject may be the culprit here but how can one expect a lifetime guarantee on the calibration which is per definition something which i would expect to need adjustment over the years - maybe thats also one of the reasons you can recalibrate torque wrenches ... just a thought.
He'll. Yes for that price . The socket. Are. Worth that much m Even getting a set like it at. Harbor freight you. Are. Going pay that that. Much or. More. . And the craftsman. .is better. Quality. . Of. Coase. Harbor freight has lifetime warranty on hand tools. You don't need no receipt.
On most of them craftsman ratchet that are. A close. Head . That you. Can't open. Is crap. .because a good ratchet needs. Clean every so often and green. It.
I bought a use for $175 in G Cond. I put 140mm pulley that reduce my fill time by 65%, open the air filter with bigger holes, use the best synthetic oil, Pro1 oil stabilizer, HBN additive with 1/2in hose and connectors. It out performances my friend 80gal 5HP motor cost 2K.
