If it's a nonstick pan, it shouldn't stick right? I was thinking bout using a nonstick spray on it. BTW I've learned so much from your cooking videos esp when I got married and now have a family to impress so thank you! 😂😊
I will try ur recipe. Last time I made using someone recipe and the bun was not white and soft. Can I use American cake flour or it has to be that specific cake flour?

Thanks for showing your package of vermicelli noodles. I know there’s a lot of brands out there but just wanted an idea of what people buy. Not a lot of videos show what brand they use. They just show how to boil only lol.
I've made this a couple times but, I have not thought of frying a little sample a pan. That's a great idea. I like the idea of just eye-balling the seasoning ingredients as well. That's how I cook just about everything. I rarely use measuring cups and spoons. Keeping cooking simple means less mess and dishes to clean. That's the way to go.
It can be kept in room temperature for 24 hours but after that I suggest refrigerating in a ziplock bag. It may harden up & if it does, when you are ready to eat again, pour it out onto a plate then put a damp/wet napkin on top to cover it & microwave for 30 seconds. It should soften it back up.
I can not thank you enough for sharing your recipe for this. I've been using your recipe over and over and it's perfect every time. My family can't get enough of it! Thank you again! ❤️
Looks good! I'm gonna make these soon, but I'm going to add shredded wood ear mushrooms for that extra texture like my mom used to make c: thanks for the recipe fam!
