HOW TO MAKE THAI RED CURRY W/CHICKEN 

Ingredients needed:
(no exact measurements for a few things, sorry. Add to taste.)
- 6 potatoes
- 3-4 large carrots
- string beans
- 1/2 yellow onion
- a handful of thai basil leaves
- choice of meat (I used 10 chicken drums)
- 1-1.5 cups Mae ploy red curry paste
- 2 cans coconut milk 400ml each (Chaokoh brand)
- 1.5 cup oil
- 1-2 tsp paprika (for color) *optional
- 2 asian spoonfuls chicken bouillon
- sprinkle of MSG
- 3 asian spoonfuls of granulated sugar *optional
- 2 can fulls of water + another 2
- fish sauce
- 1 can quail eggs *optional
