Es Paradis is for sure the most beautiful club. Every club on this island decorates itself each night for different events. Paradis doesn’t need decorating it’s a masterpiece on its own every night. Clockwork is a wicked night each year!
Saw Happy Mondays here when it was KU in june 1990 during the ending number Wrote For Luck they invited loads of people on stage didn't manage to get on unfortunately but some nutter jumped in the pool top vibe everyone was E'd off their minds
it was a shame to invent the internet and smartphones, it ruined everything, discos and friendships, this is very sad, many discos were destroyed because of the internet and smartphones
I think it’s a catch 22. There’s pros and cons of this so called internet. You’re doomed if ya use it and doomed if ya do. Without it I wouldn’t have this RU-vid channel so would be just wasting loads of time editing videos for nobody 🤣
You have just helped me to realise something because there is some civilisations quarrying round the sea to the right of Magaluf where I did experience strange nostalgia and dreams, but a girl showed me her photos I said what that's weird, it is facing the same direction as Atlantis.

According to Ibiza mythology, drinking the water there gives you eternal youth. Very pretty and not too far from San Antonio. Massively recommend.

Does the spiritual music loving Ibiza I used to hear so much about in my youth still exist in some form where people go for the love of the music? Or has it been completely taken over by the snobby rich twats who just care what others think of them and price everyone else out? Where can you still go for the spiritual side now that the old Privilege has gone?? What I wouldn't give to see Pete Tong DJ at sunset at cafe mambo on radio 1 like old times. Used to always hear it but never saw it in person!
There’s still hidden gems on the island that try to hold onto the essence of that era of course. You just have to seek it out. Went twice to Privilege.... 2008 Tiesto & Fonzerelli, and again in 2013 for Radio 1 Ibiza Weekend live essential mix with Pete Tong, Eric Prydz & Danny Howard - Still feel like I missed out though, Should I? Can't help feeling I wish I could have seen so many more nights in the 90s and the 2000s!... and the fuckin sex shows! hahaha
Hey if you had a good night then you didn’t miss out. There’s always going to be some time you hear of that you think you were there. You were there when it was privilege and that’s about to be a thing of the past now by the time the new owners are done with it. It was iconic whichever year you went :)
I won’t lie when I originally seen the post I jumped the band wagon thinking it was a full blown return. If it was flights were getting booked. Can’t justify attending knowing I had been to space all those years ago unfortunately. But I hope it goes well!
Space Closing 2016, we queued from 10pm to 2am and left the que... Went back to the apartment and I went back to the queue by myself just after 5am... Pushed and shoved all over the place in dangerous conditions until I got in at 8:25am... Stayed in the Discoteca until the very end...
I was a regular at the Space opening and closing parties for years. That final Space Closing party was special, I was in from early on and made it to 9am the next day, missed the last few hours in person but listened to the Carl Cox livestream back at hotel off my tits wishing I was in a state to have powered through 😂 That was the end of an era for Ibiza for me. Space held so many special memories over the years and was always my favourite club. I've been back a couple times since but it's just not the same, and I couldn't bring myself to go to Hi. I'm 37 and I reckon I've got one more trip in me this summer or next before full retirement from the island 😂
We messaged on here before mate about Ibiza, I’m totally not having a go at Eden it’s just my opinion but it did look very good I must say. And the fact you say that all the phones wasn’t out is a massive positive. Kinda like the old days no one had phones going back just a few years 😂 but you could totally lose yourself and no one could say look what you did last night! Look at this. Privilege back in 2004 took any cameras off you at the door and gave them back to you at the end of the night. Imagine that these days them taking your phones off you🤣. Different times. One last swan song for me next year with my pal for 4 nights and pretty sure that will be my last ever proper partying holiday as I will be hitting the wrong side of 40🤮
Having done Ibiza in 2000 , 2004, and 2022 and been in Eden I believe it’s a great club but not a special club if that makes sense. Back in the day privilege definitely had an aura about it and recently Ushuaia had a good vibe about it and club hi seemed like the place to be. Done amnesia back in the day and was unbelievable although to rammed for me. Done esparadis in 2004 and was a nice club with good atmosphere but for for me having space even for night at Eden doesn’t gel for me. Want to do pacha next year when I go back however done it in 2004 and seemed most of the club was blocked off for vip guests witch is ironic as that is how the island appears to be going now.
I hear ya mate. I think the beauty of the island is the fact that it’s forever changing. But also it’s a curse too because nobody likes change especially when great memories are involved. I agree with you the VIP culture isn’t my vibe either. Never liked it but it’s here and we just have to fit in somewhere I suppose. It’s clearly what’s making the owners money and ultimately that’s all that matters in their eyes!👀 I think it’s a shame. Edens defo building a great name for itself especially over the last few years with the rise of defected. They too have of course sold out and went where the money is, it’s life unfortunately. IMHO I reckon it comes down to relationships, amnesia is a great club but maybe the owners of amnesia and space don’t get on, but they do with the owners of Eden who knows. What I do know is that last night was a good night and it defo felt like it suited the place. Dark surroundings felt like a proper underground vibe in there and I didn’t see many phones out either everyone was having a wicked time. Hope to see ya back in the island this summer dude come check it out for yourself :)

It’s never going to be space. Infact nothing ever will be. Unless they tear Hi down and rebuild space ibiza exactly how it was. Fuck man that’s a thought isn’t it 🙌 We’ll always compare but we shouldn’t, it’s not only a different venue but the vibes changed and the people too. I did see much less phones last night though which is good thing :)
Replacing Space with Hi is like replacing Rome with East Croydon. Someone needs to rebuild it. It’s unbelievable that it’s gone. The closing party was unbelievable. My years were 2006 to 2016, all doing the full season. Ibiza has really has lost something now Space has gone. Only a matter of time before they consider building telecom towers on Es Vedra the way it’s going.
