I cured my Thyroid issues and chronic (halitosis) Bad breath smell from stomach when talking with alternative herbs & gluten free diet protocol when I came across #dremovon on RU-vid👍👍👍
whats an alt. for the one at 13:05 if you can't be on your wrist? I had a bad fall two years ago and I tired this at my chiropractor and about fell on my wrist 3 times doing this.
@vanessasimon1643 Thanks so much for noticing on the number of views. I normally focused on responding to comments so sometimes I didn't notice. I do hope this helps you🙏💕
I have a prolapse for 2 years and have been trying to make it better with exercise and diet. I am at the stage where I need medical intervention, which I'm very afraid because I don't know what to expect. I was also told if that doesn't work, I might end up having my bowel removed and replaced with a bag. I'm so worried about it, I also think I've been doing exercise that's making it worse.
Lemme tell you from my personal experience, just jogging every morning cures constipation. Coz its the best exercise for bowel movement. Be consistent for atlleast 3-4 days. It's way better to invest your 15-30 min then to getting your whole day messed up. Try it
Thank you for saying this. I'm visually impaired and very photo sensitive. I'd hate to miss content because the world doesn't consider low vision or any other visual thing that's not total blindness.

Hi Michelle. Great advice and videos. Question is can we begin these at any time, i.e., before (or perhaps well before) the 5 week pre-op time. I can't imagine there is a risk with that but would like to hear from you or your team. Thanks very, very much!
I have a bad habit of holding my stomach in alot. Im currently doing the breathing exercises, so hopefully it will help with my reflux. Im also on a ppi and tried to wean off but near the end of weaning off i starting getting inflammation so had to go back on the ppi. Any recommendations?
Thank you very much for this video. I’m in my mid thirties and have been lucky enough to only have one mild yeast infection in my twenties, but now I have one that is making me so sore and irritated. I went to the doctor yesterday and even the swab stick was irritating because it’s so swollen and angry. I couldn’t sleep last night with how sore and itchy I am, I came on RU-vid, found this, luckily happened to have both hydrocortisone and Zyrtec on hand. I was able to sleep finally! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!
Relax, don’t push it. Try the rock and roll technique followed by rotational motion whilst on the toilet. Moving the derrière from side to side followed by rotation of the butt c/wise and ac/wise, finally rotating the upper body forwards and backwards. Only then giving the gentlest of pushes. Works for me! And I used to have terrible trouble.
Being average is not comforting for men. Genetic analysis shows that throughout the history of our species, only 17% of males reproduce. The "average man" isn't seen as worthy of reproduction.
Almost every woman I've really held their feet to the fire on this question and really worked through all the caveats that reflexively get thrown out was something like IF there's good chemistry with the guy and IF the guy is a good lover and does all the necessary warmup to get her aroused and relaxed and receptive, then yes, size absolutely can be a major plus for her enjoyment.
Does this work for a person that had an emergency C-section 18 years ago? I must admit I am a little upset that the doctor didn’t provide these exercises in the discharge instructions. Especially for a mother that didn’t he save a choice to have a cesarean …
@cokeymo5611 Hi there, these exercises can be commenced 18 years after C-section. You can start the exercise in this video and here is the playlist to help you progress your exercises (gradually when you have correct abdominal muscle control) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Ulp3YQ_P92Q.html Yes indeed, many of us have regrets regarding our child birth and post partum management, I hear you. Postpartum exercise is usually prescribed and monitored by a women's health physiotherapist. Unfortunately many women still lack access to this important health service post partum. We see this increasingly in Australia where women including new mums are encouraged towards rapid discharge, often even before breast feeding is established and Physiotherapy is not provided routinely, even to new mums owing to cost cutting by hospitals. Many women are challenged to manage post partum at home with inadequate post-partum support. I understand that in France all women receive government funded women's health/pelvic floor rehabilitation services - a shame we are not following their example. Best wishes to you and I hope these exercises help you 🌻
@mazharirfan9943 I'm glad you found the video informative! Dealing with such painful situations can be challenging, so understanding effective coping strategies is crucial. Thank you for your kind words, and I hope the techniques continue to provide relief🙏
I was hit by a work van in front of cemetery and ripped my top and bottom meniscus and abductors. I did Chair workouts and now this. I relearned to walk, walk with a stick, and use this workout yoga.
I had to have surgery when I was 8 because of an anal fissure. One night I had a bowel movement and there was blood everywhere in the toilet bowel so I was brought into hospital. I remember how painful it was, I used to hang onto my bowel movements for hours because I dreaded it. Thank you for this video!!!
@rainbowkitten8990 Thank you for sharing your story. It sounds like you went through a very painful experience at a young age. Wishing you all the best for your continued health and comfort!🙏
None of this will work if you eat too much and/or you are overweight. The other issue is posture, posture while eating and afterwards. Sit up to the table to eat with your feet under the chair, then after your meal don't slump in a chair.
