شكراً لك كثيراً على هذا التوضيح السهل ... ولكن عندي سؤال .. انا صرت مشوش ومحتار ايش فيني.. انا بعاني من صعوبة على التفريغ بالكامل رغم انو مافيش امساك ففي دكتورة عم تقول لي فيني تشنج بعضلات الحوض .. وفي دكتور بيقول فيني بواسير داخلية ،، وفي احتمال ثالث وهو هبوط للمستقيم انا لما بستفرغ بحس اني مافرغت بالكامل وبضل اشد النفس حتى انو بشوف هبوط لفتحة الشرج وعندي كمان زائده جلدية في فتحة الشرج وعندي كمان وسواس قهري في النظافة وايش رأيك في ممارسة تمارين كيجل،، امانه يا دكتورة ردي عليا صرت مشتت وعند من اروح اشخص حالتي ....

By the way if poop was a monster it would be called ....POOPENSTIEN.. u wouldn't want to encounter this monster.... think about that!!!! Scratch u with a peanut!!!!😢
im like laboring in the toilet lol but i pooped a portion today cos my little hole doubted to release all but i didnt want to push it further. it worked and helped me to relax like not straining it and watch my breathing. I don't want to tear my hole 😭 i hope i can fully poop tomorrw .
Mam I'm 25 year old Today it was really very painful for me but just by doing these exercises, within 5 min my muscles from waist to thigh got relaxed thank u for video ❤❤

Just seen video 3 days after surgery but trust full bladder control in time. Is it good to actually stop and start urine flow as well as imagine stopping? Before catheter l my muscles could move the semi erect penis. Is this the same muscles as shortening penis?
Hi. When holding muscles for 5 seconds, should penis also move back and hold this position for 5 seconds? I'm asking because in my case I feel that I'm holding muscles contracted, but penis makes move back only for 1 second and then returns to position where it was before contracting muscles

Hi there, so I am confused, when I'm making the sounds my sides and my belly want to pull in, but you are saying to push them out? push out the sides and push out the belly while making the sound? I'm finding this very difficult! Any advice most welcome, thanks!
