What a wonderful format! Excellent! I am certain, although he did seem a bit nervous at first to be on camera, these exercises will help him with correcting all those years of working over the table. I am really looking forward to more content such as this. Some of those exercises remind me of the recovery, mobility, and strengthening exercises I used after my rotator cuff injury repair. Hi Michelle, your lower back exercises helped me in past when I had severe lower back pain. And also today with my stiff neck and shoulders. Thank you so much. May you please suggest some good exercises to further strengthen neck and shoulder as well as lower back muscles. I do regular exercises, but this time I want to include something more specific to neck, shoulder and lower back muscles. I have sitting job and I feel I need to do some extra for those areas which suffer most in the sitting job. Thank you so much. :)
Hi Michelle, thanks for such educational videos. I have been doing your pelvic floor exercises as I have a prolapse & this week my doctor fitted a ring pessary. I have chronic constipation & in one of your videos you mentioned using movicol to alleviate constipation, can movicol be used in the long term & does it damage the gut microbiome? Thanks 🙏
