This is terrible, and dangerous, people suffering in post covid are in danger when doing carcio excercises, dozens of studies have proven that. and the root cause has not veen mentioned. You should not do this videos and act as a doctor. You are dangerous. Please everyone with Long Covid seek your doctors advice and be avare of cardiovascular excersises. !!!!!!
Got the vax in 2021 and ever since then I haven’t been the same in my private area. No morning wood, feels like no blood flow to my testicles. The desire to start a family is gone. This is hell. But I will try these exercises. This year I’ll try to defeat this.
@shourba Hi there, unfortunately, hip thrusts of not benefit to strengthening the pelvic floor on Kegels will do this. Weighted hip thrusts a wonderful pelvic floor safe strength exercise for most women and men, I love them!
@@michellephysio wonderful great smart cleaver doctor thank you and god reward you your effort i appreciate that you solve for me a big confusing questions i love you 😇😍😍😍😍😇😇😇
@Md-fw5rm I hope this info helps your recovery ❤️🩹 can I ask how long after the vaccination it took for ED to present & which Vax? All the best & wld luv to hear how it all goes for u if u have the time🙏
I had covid last week. It was my second time about 14 months apart. It was not that severe at all. No fevers, no cough; just upper sinus stuff and fatigue. I now have complete ED. Never had it at all before. I am scared to death that it will not go away. I am hoping people are recovering.
@@husseinmohammad2327 depletion of vitamin D in the body due to covid is the reason for ED. Start tking vitamin D3 supplements with Vitamin K2 along with magnesium. 10,000IU of vit D with 100mcg K2 and magnesium 400 mg. Watch Dr.Berg videos for more info....
Great video, and since I had a radical prostectemy last September I have been following you and mainly your kegals regime. That's helped heaps with the leaking. Sadly I'm still not there with the ED, and not even pills really help. I just keep watching your videos and hope that one days I'll be full again. Thanks for the videos. It gives me hope.
@manman-ph6fm great to hear from you, thx so much for touching base. Sounds as though you’ve done a great job regaining your bladder control, congratulations job well done! Re ED I wonder if you’re getting good Bulbospongiosis activation (pressure cuff muscle for penis). Have you done the self check technique shown in this vid ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-AvOReBnZ3eM.html & what’s your current routine? All the best!
@@michellephysio Thanks for this Michelle, and yes I'll try these as well starting today. Now that the leaking is sorted (99%) I want to really help the ED. I do believe I'll get there :) Great video and explanation. Thanks
Check what I say...with your doctor. These recommended "Kegel" exercises (pelvic floor exercises) might well help, because the exercise is simply the "clench" that you do in order to stop yourself urinating, at all. Engage with "Kegel" exercises, then, only under the supervision of your doctor, but I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with the results of these exercises. If your doctor says go for it, also - go for it! 😀
I visited urologist for treatment of PE and after check up, everything including testosterone was ok. The doctor gave me topical spray for PE. I was ok for a while. Months later, surprisingly, i developed ED. And that was after Covid. I shocked i was like what! PE +ED. I was 27 years old at the time. I watched your kegel videos + cardio exercises i felt changes in a week. Although i still have PE, i got recovery from ED. I do kegel regularly 2-3 times a day. Will kegel exercises also help my PE? What is your advice. thanks for your help.
@hamaracademy9526 thx so much for sharing & I’m sorry to read you’ve been going through this. I think your current management is spot on. You’re looking at 16weeks for recovery of circulation with a combo of fitness & whole body weights (focus large leg muscles & glutes/lats too) 2 times/ week building up intensity. Yes re kegels too - no research into this as it hasn’t been linked but I’m confident these muscles can be impacted by CoVid in some men without doubt. So include all 3 types exercises to optimise & fast track progress. I’d love to hear how you go using this approach if you have time esp bcos your feedback can help other guys having similar issues after CoVid. All the best ❤️🩹
Hi.. I am following you kegel videos for 10 days now.. where I feel they have just started show little effect may be . But I want to know if it is normal that I feel like peeing after like 10-15 min after doing my kegel exercise everytime i practice them ???
Hi not normal to feel this 1. Contract gently atm not strong only 10% maximum starting out 2. Relax pelvic floor muscles completely & breathe into belly between every exercise and rest pfm - avoid holding too strong, too long at the moment 🙏
Also could you please suggest how much should I do..I do your 10 +4 rep real time video twice for morning n twice in evening 5 days a week. One time sitting n one time standing ..
@@prachigupta88 you are doing really well with the real time workout! For next week, can you just try to focus more on gentle and relaxing fully rather than high repetitions. I would back right down this week 2 reps only, 2-3 time a day focus on complete relaxation of the muscles in between each exercise. Let me know at the end of the week how you're going if you have time. Vital to get your form and intensity correct at first 💪
@@michellephysio I m sorry I miss typed it.. I do ur real time workout like twice a day. But 2 reps in the morning one time sitting first and then second time standing. And repeat same at night before I sleep. As you suggested i would slow the force down this week and definitely come back with an update and your advice.. Thank you 😇
