They are smart for going to school and getting licensed and charging appropriately for their experience and knowledge. Make the Trades Great Again and stop plumbing if you’re not licensed to do it. And just because you can connect 2 pipes together doesn’t make u a plumber.
😂 your are correct the culture is this way. I've sub for a few different contractors and damn are the stingy. I don't run mine like that I'll help the small guy get going and Share my bid numbers etc. I charge literally double of what a sub I worked for did. Now he does also.
