Hey yes it will be heavier creamier I like the heavy texture when combining with crepe. Also it helps to support the multiple layers. If use plain whipped cream it might be difficult to layer it up to this high. And it will also have a much soft and lighter texture when eating too.

Or for 2-3 hours is also fine ;)

Thanks! I think it should make around 30 crepes my pan size is 7inch. The larger the pan the less crepes you make. It is super delicious please give it a try. If you love matcha I also have a matcha crepe cake recipe in my channel ;)

Nah it's probably baking in general that gives you anxiety, not this recipe. This recipe is like any other crepe recipe you would see
